I wanted a bigger phone without the high price, so far this phone is what I've been looking for

Purchased phone and really like the easy use of it. Can add advance mode if you wish. Have not done this as normal use is great for me.

Nice upgrade from the Samsung's prime express phone. Wasn't easy to find a case for it

Purchased this for husband who was moving from flip phone to his first smart phone. He's picked up how to do things pretty quickly and I could help him, having had another brand of smart phone for many years. Basic functions that he wanted without needing to go too crazy.

Bought this phone for my special needs son, works great for him, an inexpensive option allowing all the apps that a high phone can have. I fact an in-law bought the same phone. This is his second J3 since the first one did not survive being dropped in water.

This phone works great, no complaints. The appearance of the phone is the same as any galaxy phone and it does the same things that the "other" phones do for hundreds of dollars cheaper.

So far, so good. Does everything it needs to do. Sounds fine. Fast internet. Although the camera could be sharper, it serves the purpose well enough.

This is an upgrade from my old phone, but it is sleek and perfect for the basic phone functions we want. We love Samsung and this fits us well! And Katie was fabulous help migrating everything over to our new phone☺

Good starter phone for a child or teenager. Not much storage and phone sometimes freezes and locks up.

I needed a phone quickly. I wanted the J7 but my local Best Buy was out. J3 and J7 were on promo for $30. They shouldn't be selling this phone anymore. It is glitchy with very little RAM or memory. I am suck with it so I am giving it to my senior mom so she can have a "smart" phone. Guess I am going to amazon to by an unlocked phone for my SIM.

Phone is easy to navigate and the screen is easy to read.

My husband finds his phone very slow and also if lots of crap come up on his phone that he can't make it stop
