I got this phone because my iPhone does not support the third party apps that I needed and surprisingly the phone turned out very efficient and easy to use.

I bought this phone because it is unlocked and i could take it to foreign countries this summer. With this phone I did not have to worry about signing a contract with a company and I had peace of mind because I was always connected to friends and family.

Over all great phone. Only problem was couldn't get hot spot to work no matter what, even had service tech lost thinking it may be because of being unlock

I am very happy with the phone. For the price ($129) I think its got decent specs, phone is pretty fast. I didn't feel or see any sluggish behavior. Feels good in the hands and very light weight. Overall, I like the phone and would recommend to anyone.

I would recommend this phone. It took me a while to get used to it but then again, I am not very phone savvy.

Stepped up to a J3 because 1) l liked the size and look of the phone. The associate at Best Buy was awesome! He transferred ALL my data from my old phone to the new one too! 2) The speed of the phone is awesome! 3) Price was very affordable !

After looking for a good phone at a decent price I came across this Samsung and it turned out a great choice. Many feautures and of good quality.

I bought this phone for my daughter's birthday. It was the same phone her husband has and loves. It's been almost one month and she had already had problems with it. The screen got some kind of rainbow and froze and she was unable to use it when she needed to. I wanted her to review this product so it could be more specific. She declined. It was a gift and she didn't want to speak negatively about it. I can say (as the purchaser) that Best Buy delivered it within the estimated time so I was happy with that part. However, I wanted her to be happy with the phone and I'm not sure that's true.

This is a great phone and will definitely purchase again when needed.

It's the best unlocked phone but my son broke it in a month. I didn't take any protection. Will need to check out if Bestbuy helps me in anyway

I couldn't afford the latest Samsung phone so found like was a good option. The only thing I'm disappointed with is pic quality of the camera.

Purchased this phone for my daughter and it has been great. Easy to use, new operating system, lots of apps. Only issue - poor quality camera.

Decent phone for price.I am happy with my purchase. Big Screen and slim phone with clear sound.Main camera is better than what I expected.

If you do not want to invest in the Samsung Galaxy S8 .. go for the J3 ... about $130 and worth it .. good phone calls, wifi, texting (I don't have data so do not need a fancy phone) ... Good battery life. Am pleased with this phone

Somehow the battery expanded - we stopped using it because we are worried it will explode. Is there a warranty on the battery of this phone? It's been a year since we bought it.
