Bought this to replace my Galaxy 7 that I could not afford to replace. Does all the things needed for much less cost.

I bought this phone because my old Samsung Note 4 began having problems. I was traveling on business and found the phone on the Best Buy web site. It was easy to find what I was looking for; the searches and filters are effective and accurate. I picked up the phone in the store in Ann Arbor and took it to T-Mobile to have the nanoSIM installed. The phone powered up and is working well. When the Note 8 comes out later this year I'll probably buy one and keep this one as a backup.

Was easy to enter my apps and they retrieve quickly and bother free. I recommend it for less tech savvy like us old farts

A capable, good looking unlocked smart phone. I have used Tracfone for a few years and have had problems with their smart phones. But this works well and does everything I need it to do. Also has good battery life.

Purchase this item for my elderly mother who couldn't figure out how to use many smart phones this product has a setting on it called simple mode it was able to take any unused unnecessary applications and move them to a back screen and only put functions that were desired on the front screen simple functions that she would use every day for the elderly person works out perfect

I bought this phone for my mom for Christmas. And mind you she isn't that tech savvy but she loves it. It is easy enough for her to figure stuff out. I've never heard so many wonderful remarks regarding a phone.

Great price since I lost my last phome (SamsungS4). Really um easy to use and transfer/sink with my Samsung tablet.

Check ths SIM card size nano sim. I can't get a service of LTE for several days. But now it's working. no idea.

This phone was an upgrade for a 4 year-old HTC 610 "GoPhone". The difference in usability is night and day. I highly recommend this as an economical "Smart Phone" for anyone looking for value over "bling".

This is the cell that I was looking for, good price, great design and screen size, this is exactly what I needed.

Phone definitely exceeds expectations easy to use.

There are a few things you might miss if you have used more expensive Samsung phones but works great for me so far!

Great size weight feel camera seems slower and Device seems to slow down and take a long time to open from off

Bought this for someone who doesn't want to pay $800 for a new smartphone. Works great. Looks and feels high quality. Would be a great option if you break your phone and your update is 6months away also.

In my opinion this a great phone for its price, but it depends on how much or what kind of usage it is for.

I love this phone but was very disappointed to have to buy a new SIM card since it did not come with one.

This is the first smartphone for my mom and it seems to work like my Samsung galaxy 5 for a cheaper price.

Camera and screen are fantastic. I'm on family mobile plan and reception/connection beats other providers. Don't know if it's the phone, but it annoys friends with more expensive phones and plans.

This is a great phone for someone who wants a simple to use unlocked smart phone that is not too expensive.

My 12 year uses this phone with no issues. The lighting is not so great but the phone is worth its price.
