Good phone for reasonable price. It came with a good free product

Very easy to use and lots of features. Still have problems with dropped calls and using in our house but that is probably my provider. It is a perfect size and very usable. Camera is easy to use and takes very clear pictures.

This is a great phone for someone who is looking for a simple phone to use everyday and still be able to access the internet and have a decent camera to take photos with. Plus for the price you won't find a better phone.

This phone was an emergency purchase as it replaced a damaged phone and was needed immediately. It's a "bare bones" phone, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's makes calls, texts, can go online, and take pictures. What do you want for under $200?

Overall this is good phone. At this price, you cannot ask for more. Would have been nice if they would have included headphone. First phone i have purchased which does not include headphone in pack. Good for gifting

I bought this mobile for my wife from BB. The mobile works well so far. It’s been a year now. It is android so pairs well with my Samsung tv. Serves required purposes Calls Whatsapp WeChat etc Facebook Instagram Gmail Wifi connectivity Bluetooth is good works well with Bluetooth speaker My kid play subway surfer and temple run and i tried these games works well. With those many apps and games a regular cleanup if files is needed in order to keep the fone upto speed.

This product is really good. I would recommend this to anyone that uses it for just talking and some what texting.

Excellent phone for the price. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. No bells and whistles but good performance.

My octogenarian mom had mastered her Galaxy 3 for years when the phone finally began to have inconsistent WiFi and mobile network connectivity after so many years of service. Rather than start a new learning curve with a different brand, we went hunting for a newer Samsung model. After wrestling with a few refurbished unlocked Galaxy 4 and 5 models, I saw the J3 in Best Buy. Even new and pristine (none of the "user ghosts" found with a used phone) it cost less than refurbished and came with an "actual" warranty. This is a very nice phone. It's reliable, consistent and offers an "easy" display theme with large icons and simple method for customizing the screen icons. Beautiful screen. Lovely interface. Also has a sound adjustment for hearing aids. Only three items to note: This model doesn't have an auto brightness adjustment. Not too big a deal (Mom doesn't care), but irritating if you're used to the auto function. There isn't an option for wireless charging. Also not a deal-breaker, but would be easier for a user with low dexterity to simply place the phone on a charging pad rather than fumble with the USB port. The third issue can be a real pain, depending upon your carrier. Mom's old Galaxy 3 uses a micro SIM. This phone uses a nano SIM - which is noted nowhere on the box. The Walmart Family Mobile BYOP program had ZERO nano SIM cards available either online or in stores (July 2017), so we had an unusable piece of equipment until Walmart restocked. After several tries, WFM finally found a nano SIM somewhere... But the switch from micro to nano SIM requires a change to the account profile. All this ended up with a complete phone downtime of three days from when Walmart set the account to nano SIM (couldn't use the micro SIM or it's Galaxy 3 any longer), mailed the nano SIM (3 days) and then restarted the account with the new J3 phone and new SIM setup. (So much for seamless.) This doesn't reflect on the operation of the phone, but we would have been better prepared had we known about the SIM card size difference from the beginning. Mom is very happy with the phone and has been busy calling, emailing, texting and streaming videos from the Weather Channel. We're happy knowing that the WiFi and mobile data service is reliable, and that it's a dependable Samsung. Joy all around!

Love my new phone. I already have a Samsung Tablet and now I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 phone . They can be used in my Google account so I am familiar with program. I bought an unlocked phone so I could use it with any provider. I bought the Samsung J3 at a great price and great customer service-couldn't be happier!

This phone does everything I need in a smart phone. Size, speed, ease of use is comparable with much higher priced items. I use this phone with Straight Talk and have had no problems thus far.

This phone does absolutely everything that the phone I was prepared to buy for $400 more can do! It may be a wee bit slower doing it, but it's hardly noticeable. Great savings, great results!

You get what you pay for. This is an under 200$ phone. It doesnt have mind blowing features but it performs better than the other under 200$ phones. I would definatly purchases one again

Has a good camera and seems fast enough with apps. Good for a spare phone for travel or a teenager. I purchased the unlocked version and it works great in Asia!

I bought the Samsung J3 for my mom and it is a decent cell for the price. This Samsung J3 has 16gb internal memory wich is enough for her and is easy to use

Great phone satisfied with my j3 for a good price. Does everything I want it to do I have not had any issues. My battery seems to last pretty good as well
