We had to bounce around to 3 different stores to get it sorted out, but the phone has been fantastic.

The best feature in my opinion is the Samsung interface, if you are used to it.

The only draw back to this phone is the battery life is not very good. Have to make sure there are no apps running in the background this slows the phone down a lot.

Sound is clear and able run atleast 3 apps simultaneously even with 2gb of onboard RAM. WiFi tethering works great.

Extremely easy to set up and get going fast. The sound booster on the speaker phone feature is icing on the cake! I'm hard-of-hearing and so this is HUGE. There is also a setting for 'Hard- of- Hearing' in the configuration settings. So this was a good fit for me.
