I managed to accidentally smash the screen of my previous phone. This is a wonderful replacement and not overpriced.

This is a great phone without all the bells and whistles that some people want. Does everything that most people would require. Great budget phone for the price.

Bought this phone because I broke my first cell phone. don't need all the bells and whistles. I use it for communication, pictures and some apps. It doesn't run my life. Battery lasts a long time so far.

Excellent choice to replace my faithful, but 6 year old Droid Razor M!! Looking for a good phone of similar size (5") and function and found it in this Samsung J3v 2018 Pro. Very happy with the service at Costa Mesa Best Buy and left happy with my choice. Only reason for 4 s Stars instead of 5 is because it lacks an indicator light showing missed calls/texts, which is good to have. Love the phone so far and appreciate the excellent help in getting it set up....win/win !

good for what I need a phone for, the camera, phone and emails.

I was only looking for a decent android phone with no special features or gadgets or anything of that nature. It's a good phone, dependable and durable. Good first phone for someone as well if they're just getting one.

I have a Galaxy S8 and purchased the J3 as a second phone for our house. It is just a slightly smaller and simpler version of the Galaxy, but has everything any typical person could want in a phone - without the huge pricetag of the Galaxy!

My son bought me a new phone for Christmas. I was leary of a new phone as my old phone was simple and I'm not phone literate. But this phone is easy to use, has a lot of help available. I would recommend this phone.

When I first purchased this phone I did not like it too much until I powered it on and I was like whoa I fell in love with it because the internet is super fast Works awesome and no matter where I'm at in my house Upstairs Downstairs or in the basement I never have to worry about it slowing down on me not only that I'm able to talk on the phone anywhere without the service cutting in and out.

So far this has been a great overall basic phone. It is nothing fancy like Samsung's more popular models but it does all the basics of what a budget style phone needs to do.

I was looking for a phone that was smaller than the samsung J7 that i already had. this one fit the bill I do not like lugging such large phone around. They be come to big and cumbersom

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy J3 for my grandchild who was turning 6 years old. Even though kids are more knowledgeable when it comes to technology this model was the perfect starter phone out of all the phones I looked at.

I was used to iphone's so I wondered how I'd do training my mom on her first smart phone! It was very easy to learn. Mom was slow catching on but it wasn't the phone's fault! ;)

Needed a cheap phone to use while we switched providers. This worked out great, and having been an iPhone user since forever, there were some features I appreciated. Plus, it was inexpensive.

Needed a phone ASAP for a phone no longer compatible with Verizon. Chose this one for Droid, price point and Samsung brand. So far, so good.

We got this as a free phone for Verizon and found that the features were great for such a low price. This is the first smart phone for our 90 year old Mom and she has adapted to it very easily.
