I decided to down grade from more expensive smart phone. This more basic model still has a lot of features at about a third of the price of my previous phone.

He has been back to the store several times. At 83, he doesn't understand everything, but the techs have been very patient with him and as of yesterday's visit, I think he now knows how to retrieve messages & send them & delete them. I hope so!

Got this phone for my son in September. He loves it. I loved the price. He is able to do everything he needs to with it. Battery runs down quickly but that may be because he uses it constantly.

WE BOUGHT THIS PHONE FOR OUR 11 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. THIS IS HER FIRST PHONE AND IS PERFECT FOR HER. MORE THEN ENOUGH STORAGE. SHE IS HAPPY AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS.

Gave this phone to my 71 year old mother who has never had a smart phone. Took a few days to get used to, but she loves it.

Got this for my preteen who's in sports. Works for calling and texting so far. That's all we really need it for at this point.

Easy to carry lightweight. Not as easy as I phone. Would like to have included more indestructible instructions with phone info

Switching from an IPhone (which is lost) requires a lot of relearning. Phone works fine but takes some learning.

I recvently lost my verizon phone and didn't want to spent much on a new phone or be stuck to a contract. I was able to pay this phone out of pocket and is working great.

I bought this for my 12 yr old daughter and it’s perfect for her. It also came with a low cost so worrying about it being lost or damaged is not a factor

Bought this phone for my elderly mom. It's her first smart phone and she is loving it! It does everything that it needs to do and had been a great phone for her so far.

Overall not a bad phone, but on the first night it went dead, black screen, nothing. Plugged in the charger, nothing, popped out battery and put it back in, nothing. Went back to Best Buy, sales rep popped out the battery and put it back in and it suddenly worked for him. He said phones sometimes do that. Makes no sense. Other than that it's not a bad phone.

I replaced my LG through Virgin Mobile after over two years. I like the size and the storage is better.

no matter how hard I try, I cannot figure out how to delete phone messages, It was no problem on my other Samsung cellphone.

Got as a free phone very good for add on phone with no cost. Only minor flaw is when typing seems to lag but otherwise great phone.

Honestly its s phone if your just looking for a plain phone that's like a galaxy with out the cost this is it

I thought I was getting a I phone it its okay but I also wanted a cover but they didn't have one now i have to come back and get one

This is a perfect phone for kids 12 and under. Not recommended for adults.

My wife is not into the many functions of my phone with all the options of use. This was a perfect fit for "tech level".
