Great free phone to add to our family phone package..

The call quality leaves something to be desired, but this is a great starter phone for my son. The price at Best Buy could not be beat.

This smart phone was the second one I've bought -- mainly because my family and friends nagged that me I'd love it, I should have one, blah, blah, blah. I hated it. The smart phone did too much -- when it rang I always had to turn it back on, scrabble through several screens to find the relevant one, and then see the phone call or whatever go to the answering service anyway. I don't enjoy texting, my camera takes better photos, and I don't want people to be able to call me when I'm driving or otherwise outside doing something else. So, having extracted myself from my service contract, I turned my Samsung phone over, as I'd turned over my first smart phone, to the local police department. They take old cell phones, wipe them clean, and give them to homeless women to use to call for help when they need it. So I went back to using my flip-phone, which I turn off when I'm not actually making a call, and which I keep active by buying and installing $20 worth of minutes every 3 months. I'm happy with that. And I'd better go recharge my flip-phone now while I'm thinking about it.

First time smart phone for senior very difficult to learn.

For the price of the phone you get some of the big phone options for the smaller price.

Switching from non-smart phone, find it extremely hard to use. Uses symbols to guide user on what is to be done whereas older phone spells things out in words making it much more user friendly. Only got new phone because older phone would not stay connected to blue tooth in my car. Does that well.

To many icons. It would be better if all it had was phone, address book, text, and camera. I will have to see if Geek Squad can get rid of the garbage on it. Got it so we wouldn't have to pry a flip phone open.

Bright screen good battery life great music(Dolby Atmos) with loud volume levels great call quality really good cameras even if only an 8mp & 5mp cameras useful features fast & responsive. Equipped with an 64bit 8core Exynos processor with a dual core of a73's@1,3 + hexacore of a53'[email protected] set up paired with a Mali-G71 gpu... Geekbench 4 pro average scores of 980 for single core & 3400 for multi core scores, Antutu average scores 73,500 which is great for this so called low end phone. After changing the animation speeds in the developers options to 0 for the 1st two and .5 for the last animation option and now this phone is faster than my Moto Z2 play Samsung J7 3rd gen and my boring Essential Phone. No more carrying around a brick In my pocket and I'm amazed at what this 5inch screen phone has to offer and super satisfied!

Long battery life. Great Phone that is there when you need it. I would highly recommend this phone.

Does everything I need it to. Doesn't get hot like the S8 I had to return.
