It never had a problem in the 2 years I had it. I did up grade to a Samsung note 10 plus. Thou I gave it to a friend and he like it.

I bought the galaxy j7 because I didn't want to spend $800-1000 on a phone. I am so disappointed in the j7. It is so slow and freezes a lot. It's almost as bad as how my s5 had gotten. For $250, I'd think the phone would work better.
