We have the Samsung 7 Edge phones. (bought new and have geek squad plan.) We have had to replace these phones 5 times. 1 phone twice due to screen cracking with minimal drop to corner on table. One gets too hot and charge doesn't hold. 1 can't hear from ear speaker well. Pink lines in 3 phones running down the side. We have always had Samsungs and are now considering changing to an iphone or something different. The edge design makes the phone less durable and prone to breaking. Not a happy repeat customer. Costs are way too high and even refurbished replacements have had issues almost immediately. Every time there is an issue we have to pay the deductible and with that added to the cost of the phones, it's not worth it to buy such a delicate device.

Had issues with Verizon but the Best Buy team was so patient and helpful, and waited while I called Verizon to get everything figured out!

Did not like the edge. Had a hard time finding a protection cover to stay on the phone.

Got it for my girl to use for music in her car. She loves it.

This is my first smart phone and so far I am not having any problem with it. Phone, email, text, camera, music functions are all working easily.

So far (2 months) the phone has performed well. Fast processor, good coverage with Verizon.

Bought this for my dad who wanted a smart phone but didn't need the best one in the market

Disappointed that the "easy mode" function only works on certain parts of the phone...

i downgraded fr note 5..great phone for the money $300..does everything, well almost everything..other fancy phones do..very pleased

I left android and went with iPhone in March. Nothing but problems. My brain knows how to operate an android. So I am back!

This was a great first phone for my kids. It will do pretty much the same as the more expensive phones will do.

Not too fancy, just what I needed. My old phone would freeze when I connected with Bluetooth, but this one works just fine

Bought this phone for my teenage daughter and she loves it. For the price it works out great for both of us.
