Terrible phone

Constantly says it's overheating when it's barely 120 degrees then shuts off all the apps. Using navigation at the time or working on Uber? Too bad, you'd better pull over and wait for it to cool down. Plug it in to charge and it won't charge. Doesn't matter what charger you use. It'll tell you to plug in the factory charger for faster charger when the factory charger is plugged in. Charge your phone overnight? Be ready to have a dead phone in the morning because it didn't charge all night. I've had this thing die while plugged into the charger. At this point, you might as well get the Motorola G6 or even the Z3

I didn't even know how to make a phone call or answer one. He was more interested in his phone and listening to music on his phone.

I purchased this in February and almost immediately started to have operational issues. I would definitely not recommend this phone to anyone.

Sound Quality is lacking on the J7

This feature does not raise the call volume enough while using the speaker phone. The other issue with the phone is the Bluetooth connection. I am unable to understand callers using Bluetooth with the new phone. Every word is garbled by static. I had perfect connections with my old Galaxy S4 so I know it is not my car's Bluetooth. This phone is not good for those hoping to use it while driving.
