This phone with an added SD card allows me to do all that I want with room to learn more. Much better than spending more on the bells and whistles of expensive models.

I bought this phone for my mom for mothers day. She is 76 years old and this is her very first smart phone. It had been very easy for her to use. Glad I purchased this phone for her.

After jumping into the pool with my Galaxy S6 in my pocket, I was forced to get a new phone.... Since the S6 wasnt paid off, I wanted to get something cheap as I was putting good money after bad.... The guy at the store recommended the J7. I thought "7, hmmmm" This phone was primitive compared to my S6. Disappointment, but it was cheap. Trade off...

The J7 is a big improvement over my old Galaxy 5. For one thing, the keys in the keypad are enough bigger that my fingers can (sometimes) hit the right key. Very flexible phone. It's also very complicated to learn. Some things are not intuitive. When reading ebooks, it's too easy to turn a page when you don't want to, or turn 3 or 4 pages when you want one (1).

Decided to purchase a phone for my 9 year old son. He is familiar with the way Samsung phones work, so was really easy for him to get use to it. Great phone.

Bought this for my son.. it is a huge upgrade from what he had. He is very happy with the camera and overall phone so far. Only had it a couple weeks though.

This is a great phone for an older person - not too many gadgets to distract from the phone.

Bought this phone as a median replacement for note 7 mess. Very little memory, couldnt open what photos I got to transfer because of low memory, slow processor, takes forever to load sites. sound and call quality poor, speaker is on side by power button making speaker phone calls horrible.

I was forced to get a smart phone as my slider phone was biting the dust. I struggled using other people's smart phones so didn't think I would find a smart phone that would be easy for me to use. The Best Buy rep who helped me was awesome. She listened to my needs and my concerns and helped me pick out this phone. She transferred my contacts from my old phone and showed me the basics on how to use my new phone. I left the store feeling comfortable that I at least knew how to answer my phone and make calls and text messages. Needless to say, I surprisingly love my new smart phone. There is so much more I need to learn but I'm not in a rush and have time to figure out all the bells and whistles it provides. It is a great 1st smart phone.

Purchased this for my mother-in-law who is "technology challenged". Phone has worked good for her and is easy to use.
