I do not understand why people pay so much for a mobile phone. This one does everything I need for less than $100 and less than $100 for the service per year. The screen is very clear. The calls are clear as well. I can put all of the apps on it that I need. Have not used the camera very much yet, but seems to work well so far.

I has a great battery. Easy to operate and see. The volume is perfect. Overall very happy

Got this phone at a great price and activated it myself. Works good and speed is good.

This is my first Samsung phone and it is pretty good. It is a lot quicker than I anticipated and Samsung has some great apps. I did not rate it at a 5 because for some reason this phone does not support split screen, which I really like. It runs the ANDROID™ 8.0 OREO™ OS which is supposed to support it, but I can't get it to work on this phone.

First of all, I must compliment the clerks who helped me. I was in prior to purchase. Both times I was very happy with the assistance I was given. When I did purchase, I had stuff all over the place. I was trying get a phone to use with the Obama service. The phone they provide have no memory. So a new phone it was. I had to call Safelink while trying to purchase the phone. Your people were answering my questions that were being asked by Safelink. They put up with me being a crazy ol' broad not knowing what was really going on. One of the deciding factors was instead of buying online & getting it at Best Buy, is I know someone will always be at the store to help me. One can find a phone lots of places but, having someone to help you when you need it is something that is hard to find anymore. Thank you. The phone is ok too.

I only had this SAMSUNG Galaxy 7 Crown phone a few days. So far I'm loving it. The display is great. The camera is fantastic, with 13MP front and back. So many options and I have so much to learn. For the price, you can't beat it. Get it and enjoy!

buying my phone from Best Buy was so easy. I knew I wanted an Android phone again, like my previous phone, but I also wanted a MicroSD card as well. my only problem was deciding the card's capacity. I also got a year of Geek Squad service. all together, it took about 30 minutes to complete my total purchase(phone, 1-year service card, MicroSD card and Geek Squad service). great place to buy a phone from!

I purchased this for my teenager who needed a durable phone that could keep up with his app usage. The battery last for a long time despite his constant activity. Plus it's survived multiple drops already.

My wife has always been a flip phone person, but when my daughter upgraded her phone, she gave her older iPhone to my wife, but it wasn't great. We shopped around, and got my wife this phone as a gift. Great deal, but unfortunately, my daughter introduced my wife to Facebook, Snapchat, and Tik-Tok. ; )

i took an advise from a friend since i had problems with my other phones, especially not holding a charge for long, receiving and making phone calls, now with this phone i am so pleased, i can play games for hours, and it's still good for another day, it's perfect fort me

After checking online at different tracfones and the reviews i had found this tracfone was the best for me. I am very happy with the phone it works for what little i use a cell phone for. I recommend this tracfone!

When you're on Lifeline, and fifty bucks is all you got, you take what you can get. It's lot bigger than I'd like, and heavier than my last phone, which was a Samsung too. I wanted to transfer all my data, numbers and whatnot, so I waited for Black Friday and pounced.

Had this phone for a week now. Easy to use. Nice large screen. You can keep your apple crap. Done with it. Samsung Galaxy is much better for me. Tracphone prepaid I think I will stay with them. I'll never get another contract phone.

Purchased the phone for my son to replace his BLU. It's a non regrettable buy. Easy transfer of his service to the phone. Easy human interface, looks nice, and just what he needs. Very good display and camera takes nice pics. He's happy so, I'm happy!

Just activated the phone a day ago. Transfer to new phone from previous phone was quick and simple. Was able to transfer all programs and accounts from previous phone. Phone seems snappy. A little learning curve from previous phone but so far so good.

Had a LG smart phone for years. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown is a small upgrade. Easy to Transfer all App and contacts for the old Lg phone using the Samsung App. Very good battery life for talk and standby.

i own the same phone witch i paid a lot more for. one was for my wife the other for my daughter. the phone works quite well the diffenert in new models are not enought to buy them price was unbeatable
