No problems I have owned it for 2 weeks now and runs smooth, heavy duty, love the big screen 5.5" i believe. I previously owned a S5 I like Samsung S better but this phone is not bad especially at this price you really can't beat it. What I miss is record audio capability that I cant seem to have or figure out here and my finger print sensor (with this phone is face recognition). I was able to download S health app. Anyway good phone no regrets.

I had a little trouble with the phone in the beginning, but after 2 visits to the Best Buy here in McDonough the problem was solved. It now works great. I think Samsung makes a good phone. The problem was a program Samsung had added to the phone. I have a streamer that works with my hearing aids. My streamer now works and so does my phone.

We were able to get it setup quickly. The only issue was transferring her old phone data to the new one as the Smart Switch software didn't work on her older phone! My wife LOVES her new phone & all of the new features that it has! We got a great price on this phone & it arrived when promised, THANKS Best Buy!
