Got the phone (Note 20 ultra ) on Thursday..open it up would not turn on..took it upto the store young lady did help me got it turned on..i was embarrassed because i was trying to turn on for 20min..took it back home on Saturday i started to transfer the phone over S pen wouldn't work either....woke up sunday picked up the phone would not power back on..returned it on Monday. To get a refund
