I cannot even begin to explain how great this phone is. I am of fan of the Galaxy Note phones. I upgraded from a Note 2, and I must say they get better and better. The camera, for starters, is superb! Excellent picture quality. The processor is super fast! I am in love with the multitasking feature and S Pen. They make life a lot easier! I would definitely recommend this phone!

The Note4 positives are big, clear screen; long battery life; relatively easy to use basic functions. The negatives are far too many included irrelevant Apps; inability to delete unwanted functions; constant unwanted, annoying advertisements and updates; too strongly tied to cell phone company "plans" that are purposely misleading; and far too high a price.

I am extremely happy that I upgraded to the Galaxy Note 4. The screen and resolution is incredible. The speed of the phone is so much faster than my old Galaxy 3. I love the upgraded multitasking. The S Pen is also cool. There are many good things you can do with it.

Very beautiful screen, chock full of features, great camera, fast, a welcomed update from the Note II. My only gripes are with the fingerprint scanner which I honestly could care less about. I set it at 1 hour, so most days (am I embarrassed to admit this?) I only have to swipe it a few times. External design is MUCH improved over Note II, and so glad they did away with the TERRIBLE fake stitching on the Note 3. Not that it mattered, I put an Otterbox Commuter case on it 60 seconds after walking out of Best Buy. Also, general recommendation for anyone switching phones, use a different service than the Best Buy in store transfer to pics and vids and stuff. For example, do it with an SD or maybe AT&T's "seamless" transfer program is better, I have no experience with it. But Best Buy's transfer lumped and disorganized my (1000) pics and now they are all in one album for me to sort through. Oh well. Beautiful phone, I can't put it down!

Finally made the switch from Apple IPhone to an Android based phone and glad I did. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in my opinion is hands down the best performance / value in the realm of smartphones. Android has come a long way from a mediocre OS to a mostly reliable easy to use OS (now on Lollipop). With 32GB memory and an available micro SD slot memory concerns is not an issue (currently using a Samsung 64GB micro SD). My previous IPhone's had diminished and was a $90 charge to put a new battery in. Not with the Note 4 as it's user removable. Quad HD resolution 5.7" screen is super easy on the eyes. I have a few cons - the built-in speaker is just OK, Bluetooth can be finicky at first but otherwise works well. The dual band Wi-Fi works well. Overall a five star performer. If considering an Android phone - I highly recommend the Note 4.

I have used all galaxy phones and I thought the note 3 was the best phone form android ever, until the note 4 came out. Note 4 had better build quality, better battery, gorgeous screen, and still fast and useful with the pen. I don't know where you go from here with size, screen clarity, and speed.

This is my favorite phone by far. It's incredibly easy to use. My favorite features are the huge screen, the pull out stylus, and the s note app. I love being able to write reminder notes and my shopping lists without wasting paper.

I love this phone. The best phone on the market. All functions are fast. Go from page to page in the blink of an eye. No more waiting long for downloads. The battery lasts all day and all night and then some and charges back up quick. I couldn't ask for better cameras. Ten out of ten for me.

I love the larger screen on the Note 4. I don't use the stylus pen, but know its there. Had a Galaxy three, but the improvements here are great. Pretty easy to use. Camera is very good, but watch the outside facial shadows.

I have had the Blackjack II, the Galaxy S3, S4 and now the Note 4. This is by far the best smartphone that I have ever owned. I've went through the Apple 3s, 4s, and several Blackberries in the past, but this one is definitely a step above. The screen is OUTSTANDING. It is a large phone, so be aware of that. You definitely go by your Best Buy Mobile store and try it before you buy. If you are comfortable with it (it grows on you...) you cannot go wrong with this phone. I have several styluses for tablets but hardly ever get used. With the S Pen, it changes everything. It is actually usable and legible. Try it for yourself, it might be the phone you've been waiting for!

I was an ardent user of iphone for many years and finally I made the switch to android. I was skeptical at first since a transition from ios to android seemed daunting. But after going through the features of this phone I would never switch back to iphone. It is fast and can be customized to hearts content. excellent sound quality and really fast, excellent screen the best!!

I love this phone. Large screen that is crisp and super clear. Takes great photos and the phone runs smooth. No problem whatsoever. I love watching my tv shows on this thing

there is nothing that this note-4 can't do. with its great camera ,large hd quality screen and stylus pen for notes, work and fun, this is the best phone I've ever owned. and buying it from best buy made my decision even easier.

Greatest cell that I have ever owned! Optimal functions beyond my expectations! Charges quickly. Retains charge. Screen size very accommodating. Volume high. Clarity exceptional. Pics come out great & clear. Love my Note 4.

This phone is awesome and once you go big you aint looking back anymore... Pros : Hardware : The addition of metal is a pleasant change and feels good to hold. Gives you the best of both worlds (expandable memory and battery) without going uni-body like the competitors. Display : Everything looks better on a big screen. The one hand operation mode helps with those who like to navigate on a smaller screen. Specs : Speed is everything and it has been lighting fast till now (andriods tend to get slow with time.. need to monitor that on this phone) Battery : Battery life is good and coming from an S3 which would need to be charged every night.. this phone lasts for a few days easily with general use. Multitasking : This is new to me and does take time getting used to it. Right now its just a bragging factor too my fellow iphone mates.. :) Cons : Sound : Sound quality is not great (would have preferred the HTC concept of front facing speakers) Android updates : Carriers are pretty slow in pushing the latest updates to their phones (this was where I was debating on getting a Nexus) Overall a good phone for a daily driver who does not mind the size change.

Call it a "phablet" or smartphone, it is the best. Graduated to the Note 2 then the Note 3 now the Note 4 - it is definitely the best. Love the S-Note functions! Love the fun features of annotating photos, clipping from articles or the web, cropping/editing photos to put in a "scrapbook", multi-window tasking, external micro card capability, speedy operations, and so many other features. Plus, it is a great phone and camera! It does cost but, it is worth every penny!! Comment: This is for the person that does more than make/answer calls and send/receive texts or take a photo or two.

Am impressed with the battery life as I was not expecing that. Note 4 has a beautiful display and is fast. Haven't used the s pen as much as I thought I would but it works great too.

The phone is a great size especially with me being a big guy. The screen is brilliant and beautiful and the phone is very snappy. A must have for someone who wants the best phone.

I had Samsung Galaxy S4 my last phone this Note 4 I get almost 2 full days out of it and I love the Super Fast Charging feature and wonderful display and fast processor.

I've had a Samsung Galaxy 3, Nexus 5, HTC One M8 over the past few years and this is the best phone I have had. I'm using this on AT&T. Pros: High resolution screen, fingerprint reader, spen for detailed navigation and for notes. T-Mobile version is easily rooted and bootloader unlock (running Cyanogen Mod) vs. the AT&T version that is not rootable (that I was aware of). Cons: Touchwiz is ugly, but if you root it, it's less of an issue. Fingerprint scanner does not always work.
