    I returned the phone once I found out it was an international phone & Samsung didn't guarantee or offer technical support on international phones. That's one of the reasons I buy Samsung is for the tech Support, other than that, if you needed an international phone I'd say this was a good one.

    Like and had this phone before Just bought this one because I changed carriers so I needed another phone that supports gsm and did not want to give up my galaxy gear.

    THIS PHONE WILL NEVER UPDATE ITS SOFTWARE!!! Spent HOURS after receiving this Galaxy Note 4 to find out why it wouldn't update from its loaded Android software: KitKat 4.4.4 to the current Android software: Marshmallow 6.0. I found out through SAMSUNG'S technical department that this phone will NEVER update its software. So, unless you want to run a VERY OLD Android operating system FOREVER, then DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE - IT IS OBSOLETE!!

    I bought NEW two of these (AT&T) for 349.99 from Feys, It doesn't turn on, if so just for a second and will repeat it again and again, it is a was of time and money, when i search on line for solution i noticed that it is not just me i can say 99% who bought this product experienced the same problem, please make a little research before you run your cr card.
