Purchased four Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phones as upgrades from the Samsung Evo and did so to also serve as Christmas gifts. The Best Buy offer was too good to pass on. I also elected to go with the Geek Squad coverage on all 4 units. Four quick observations: the screen resolution is stunning, the speed of the processor is as advertised, attached stylus is a winner, but the surprise was how fast the battery recharged.

I upgraded from my Note 2, the note 4 Despite being a bit longer is is much thinner and lighter. dual screen option is better as well. I like that I can move it around on the screen. Image quality is great, camera is way better than my note 2. I haven't really noticed difference in low light settings, but there are a lot of camera options I haven't investigated yet. As an artist, I really like tactile experience, I love the stylus fine point and being able to write text messages.

Pros: *Standard 32gb internal memory - upgradable to 128gb *Great Camara, apps, UI, S-pen, screen size, google talk is the bomb, Cons: *Sprint carrier/ for some reason i can never get more than one reception bar. *Phone freezes when I have FB open, which causes the app to close. *When wifi is on, the phone tends to freeze during a web search, which I would have to turn the wifi off in order for the web browser to function properly. *The speaker is located on the rear of the phone, which I tend to block when I'm watching a movie, etc. *No front facing speakers.

I upgraded from the s5 to the note4 ,works awesome , especially using the stylus for notes... phone is extremely user-friendly , loaded with features and fits easily in my back pocket, I was concerned it would be too large but it's actually perfect, I highly recommend this product

Moving up from a Galaxy S III, I chose the Note 4 for size, speed and battery life. Have not been disappointed! Still getting accustomed to the larger size as it is so much larger than the S III and doesn't fit in the same places as the S III. The processor is snappy, the screen is sharp and the camera is simply unbelievable. The battery life is great. Features are impressive and I'm glad I made the decision to go with a phablet. I have many Samsung products and have never been disappointed with their products.

I love the Samsung Galaxy Note 4! I recently upgraded from the Note 3 which I fell in love with when I first got it. The Note 4 is faster, has a better screen and easier to navigate. It took awhile for me to get used to the 4 since I was so used to the 3.

I had pretty much decided to buy this phone after researching online. My only concern was how much larger it was from my previous phone. Luckily another customer was purchasing it and let me try it out in my pocket. The extra bulk took a bit of getting use to but quickly became unoticeable. The stylus is cool but I haven't really found a use other than doodling. The health app that came installed can take my pulse and tells me that I don't do enough walking in a day. Overall it has the powere to run pretty much any app I throw at it. I have been very pleased at how long it will hold a charge. Usually I have better than half of my battery life left at the end of the day. I would have no trouble in recommending this phone to anyone looking for an android device.

This is truly an amazing 'device' - it goes with me wherever I go and it does almost whatever I want.I am an Architect and it has become my most effective comunication tool.The screen size, image color, definition, camera and the stylus are just perfect for my use.I love it!

I love everything about this phone, if your always on the go then this is the phone for you. I can view documents, or jot down quick notes with just a pull of the stylus pin! It's very easy to navigate and the camera is awesome. You can't go wrong with this phone!

Well I believe it has been two weeks now. Aside from the S pen and bigger/better camera. I use it like I did my S3. It is not as heavy as I would like since I am kind of hard on phones. This phone was dropped twice and has scratched each time and the metal trim has a permanent mark on it. GET A CASE IMMEDIATELY. The phone is bigger, but more fragile than previous models in my opinion (I did not like that I could buy my phone and not a case. Best Buy did not have them yet. I had to buy a cheap one on amazon to last until i can get a heavy duty one from best buy.) The phone has been great. I do like the fingerprint scanner for added security. I am sure this phone does a million more things than my S3. I will slowly get them figured out. I was kind of sad that the Starbucks app was not compatible at first, but it works now. looking forward to getting this phone figured out!

I was impressed from the first time I saw the high-resolution screen on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I had heard that Samsung upgraded the materials used for the phone as compared to the Note 3 -- I'd say it shows. The HDR feature gives good indoor shots with moderate lighting on the 16-megapixel camera. The extremely quick battery charging with the Adaptive Fast Charging charger is impressive, since phone batteries are always dying right before you leave the house. The stylus is also convenient, particularly for those who miss physical keyboards.

I went in to look at the new S6 and decided on the note 4. I am so happy i did. I work a lot on my phone and the larger screen better processor and memory are amazing! Pictures are super sharp! Highly recommend this phone.

this is a great phone. the screen is clear and bright. the battery life is great! lots of storage and a fast processor. it's not much bigger than an S5 for that matter either. Too bad it's not "water proof" like the S5.

No lag, great multitasking, battery life is excellent last for a couple of days, nice camera and screen, perfect size, tons of features. My only complaint is the gps isn't accurate it would be 5 stars if it was.

I could not be happier with this phone, Very easy to use. Much easier to learn how to use than my older LG and a bigger screen too, Very easy to transfer all my old info including photos from my old phone including all the apps. Brave! Great battery life and a very sensitive screen. I also appreciate the speaker being much clearer and easier to listen too. My wife loves the built in stylus which she uses for texting. Add the fact we each got this phone with a new 2 yr commitment for < 2 dollars and the 35 dollar transfer fee. and each got 100 dollar gift cards which I used to get a new ISP monitor for 40 cents on the dollar. Unless you have some very special need you can not go wrong on this phone.

Finally I don't have to carry around two devices when I'm doing something that needs a larger screen than my S4 had. The Note 4 phablet is a nice compromise between screen size and practical phone size. After reading the reviews for the Note 5, I decided to go with the Note 4 because of it's replaceable battery and SD card slot - neither of which is available in the Note 5. Remembering I have the stylus to use seems to be a challenge for me, but I like it when I remember it. Great for taking notes in meetings or jotting down quick thoughts and to-dos.

Love my note 4! Very fast speed and takes great pictures. However I still don't see much of a difference personally between my Note 2 and the Note 4. It maybe that I have not played around with my phone enough but really just on basic use it's the same phone. I hate the have moved the menu option around it makes no sense where it is located now but other than that it is a nice phone. If you had a previous Note and just want to upgrade go for it I am very happy with my selection.

The phone is fast and has an excellent camera and the s pen is great it also has a removable battery and has a micro sd slot which the upcoming galaxy s6 does not.

The Note 4 is an amazing machine. The pictures and video it takes is second to none. Primary use is to stream music and video's for the kids and take pictures. The speed is pretty dang snappy and I'm getting use to the S Pen now. Oh yah, it makes calls also. There's a ton more that I still gotta learn. People complain about the size of the phone but simply swip your thumb from side to middle back to side and it resizes the screen for you. AMAZING!!!! Ok, now back to watching

This was a upgrade from a Samsung S4. I love this phone. I like that it's bigger than the S4, but it's not too big. I have around 300 apps installed and it is still super fast. The resolution is beautiful and I had a Zagg tempered glass screen protector installed and it's like looking at the original glass screen. I'm still learning a lot of the features, but I would definitely recommend this phone.
