This has been the best Samsung phone yet. I wasn't sure about going to the bigger size, but it hasn't been a problem. It makes doing things easier as you get older the smaller size becomes a issue. This size is great. It was easy to transition from the old phone to this new one.

I am a little disappointed with the upgraded version. I had the Galaxy Note 3 and dropped it all the time! (I have an almost 3 year old who loves to play games). With a cheap case I bought on Ebay as the only protection, not once was my screen ever scratched or damaged. My kids got my old phone as an upgrade to theirs and still is going strong. The first day I got my Note 4, there were several scratches on it! Still love the upgraded software, but do NOT like that it is not as durable as the Note 3.

I had doubts about leaving my iPhone 4S and coming back to Android. But all I can say after about a month of use is that this phone is EXCELLENT! It is fast, powerful, easy to understand. The only drawback (for me) is its size, as I prefer phones sized as the 4S. But......all the other advantages this phone has over the IPhone (like the expandable SD card!!) has made me a very happy customer.

Bought the Note 4 after reading the "rumors" about the Note 5. Glad I trusted my instincts. Happy to at have expandable memory and the option to replace the battery!

Love my galaxy note 4. Lots of preloaded apps. Which is the down side, but the lightning fast charger is the bomb! I am on my phone all day long using internet and get great battery life, but still need to recharge towards the end of the day (8hrs). I refused to get the note 3 and am so glad I waited. Wish there were more camera settings like my note 2. I like having control over action pics.

I upgraded from a Note 2 and love the new features. I know I haven't even scratched the surface of what it can do. My favorite feature is the postits you create in a flash and put on one of the main pages as a reminder to get tasks done. Works great with my Gear 2. I can do so much more by staying organized and have had great success with the voice commands. It's like having a personal assistant.

This phone is easy to use and has the best camera ever! Takes amazing pictures!

Awesome screen, very fast processing. Only negative thing I can say is the size. Which was not unexpected but had to be honest. Overall an excellent cell phone.

I have had this phone for a few months now and it works great. I have not had any issues with the phone or the apps I installed on it. The battery life is great. I turn off most services so by midnight, I still have about 75% battery. My wife has one too but she has a bunch of services running constantly and she uses it all the time so her battery doesn't last nearly as long.

This phone is amazing. The large screen size is awesome. The camera is great.

I originally has the s5. I thought that phone was fabulous but the new note4 is amazing. The speed, the graphics with the new quadHD, the battery life..its just the best thing yet. Apple is really boasting about the new features in their new phones but those are things that the Galaxy has been doing for years..
