This has been a great purchase. I'm loving how everything just works flawlessly without hiccups. If you are having doubts about this phone just go in store and try out the device that's how it drawn me in. This phone is great for users who want multi-tasking ability, speed and a great display for both the phone and camera.

My wife has the Galaxy S6. I just started selling cars. If you haven't checked out all the amazing features this phone has, you need to. Honestly, the stylus is what sold me as I can quickly jot down customer's info and save it to pics or contacts. Many more features I appreciate but that's #1.

    Solid Phone with Amazing Display

I have been back and forth between Android and iOS. With the recent release of the iPhone 6S, I decide it was time to ditch the iPhone and return back to Android. I have a number of friends using Samsung, so decided to give it a try and I have been very happy. I love being back on Android for the flexibility it affords me. The display on this Samsung phone is spectacular. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - just minor complaints about the hardware in general: it can be a bit slow to respond at times, the camera, while generally good, can also be slow and produces more soft photos than sharp ones. These are issues I really kind of suspected when moving back to Android. Maybe one day, our Android sets will be as rock solid at the Apple ones. For now, I will settle for the flexibility and innovation that Apple just doesn't seem to have.

Great Phone as long as you keep up on your updates, if not expect to miss calls and texts. Was very frustrating until got all updates done now it's much better. Great apps to make life easier for anyone. Great camera, and has an average battery life. If you use your power saver it saves the battery to a much longer life, even if in use. Would recommend if you have WiFi or a higher data plan for the updates.

This is my 4th note the only one I didn't have is the note 4,I love the note for many reasons especially for what the name is note.i find this essential for myself as it frees me from always looking for something to right something on the spur if the moment. Anyway the note 5 is much more refined in terms of its structure . Don't mind the sd card as 64 gigs is more then I ever use plus cloud and the battery charges very quickly and does seem to last longer after a few charges as I let the battery run down to 10 percent a few times before recharging. Love the note series and it seems the note 5 is no exception. Happy I purchased it. The one thing I would really like to see is them to increase the screen size to 6 or almost 6 inches. It's crazy but I think the screen is actually small at this point. I guess I have gotten so use to the screen size it now seems small. Hope samsung is listening and will increase the size maybe on the note 6.

I was a little apprehensive going from my note 4 to the 5. Although, I'm very pleased with the build quality and fast processing response. My initial thought of giving up the removable battery and SD card was a concern, but after realizing that I only used 50% of my SD card, I really didn't need the extra storage; especially since I keep most of my stuff on the cloud anyway. As for the battery, I'm pleased with the note 5 battery life so far. I typically get 16 hrs average with moderate use. Oh btw, the build quality is very nice and actually feels smaller. It's like the note 4 went to the gym. It took some getting used to because it's smaller in my hand and actually a little more difficult to hold without feeling like I'm going to drop it.

The wife and I got new phones the same day, she wanted the note 5 and I the S6 edge +. Before the guy opened my phone I almost got the note. The wife loves hers, the pen is sweet. If it's out of the phone and not being used it will tell you. Makes it less likely to lose.

I have now had several Samsung phones (Galaxy 3,5, and now the Note 5). It is a pretty good phone depending on the case you get it's pretty slim for the size. The I went with the 64 GB version of the phone to make sure I had enough memory for all the documents I download music, pdf's, and word documents. The phone's processor is pretty good. The phone has a really nice screen and great camera. I normally don't take many pictures, but since the quality of photos is noticeably better than the older samsung's I have, I find myself taking pictures all the time now. The reason I upgraded from my previous phone was that I got tired of my phone getting super hot when I was using google maps, or driving around town and streaming music, or just getting group messages on my phone. The Note 5 has definitely been an upgrade for that. The phone still gets warm, but it's not a hot piece of coal in my pocket. The battery life is supposed to be substantially, I think it decent, but it charges really fast so if it does start to fade, a quick charge will get the job done. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a new device, it really user friendly. The only issue that I am still noticing is that sometimes the phone just gets really slow navigating from one app to the next. Or it just freezes up for a few minutes, and then it will start working again.

I upgraded my old Galaxy S4 to Note 5 on the very first day of its release. So I have been using it for about 10 days now and I love it. Even though I am mostly using the same apps now what I used to use on my old galaxy S4, I can definitely tell I am spending much more time on note 5. It feels so good holding it. It is so fast and the photos I have taken with Note 5 are definitely much better than galaxy S4. There are so many new features added to camera (picture taking), I am still exploring every day. S-pen is so awesome that I started writing after very long time.

This phone will definitely affect your productivity. From the Quick Note feature when the phone is off to the multi window mode it will make a difference. It has a very long battery life under moderate use. If you can, you must upgrade to this phone.

    Note 5 Review

The Note 5 is a really good phone, I had it when I had T-Mobile, but when I switched back to AT&T I decided to get it from Best buy because of the promotion. I found what was weird is the packaging is cheaper, When I got it from t mobile it was a nicer packaging, but when I got it from best buy it seems like the packaging is cheap. The first one I got I had a problem with the home button, I would have to press it 2-3 times for it to go back to the home screen, I took it back to the Best Buy Mobile store I got it from, they told me they couldn't troubleshoot it there, and to go to a regular best buy store and have the Samsung kiosk troubleshoot it. The end result is they did see some issues, so I ended up getting a new one. I've noticed the battery dies quicker for some reason then when I had it with t-mobile, I have to charge it 2-3 times per day, given I am a heavy user though on it. Overall it is a good phone, I just wish like most do is the carrier junk would be optional to delete, and the touch screen was more responsive as some touches don't respond to it, but I still like the phone, I can deal with the no battery being removed or sd card, but other things are kind irritating. =/

Love the NOTE 5! As usual they made a great cell. I wouldve given it 5 stars but Im mad that they gave it a 15mgpxl camera, instead of the 21 it was suppose to have. Otherwise.... its AWESOME! The 5 is thinner, not as wide as the 4, but taller. Im not thrilled about the battery being internal, but I can learn to live with it. So far the battery is good, even when I play that fb game that ate up the battery on my Note4. I am glad that they upped the internal memory to 64gb, but since it doesnt have a micro sd slot it shouldve been 128gb or more. The screen pixels/quality is AWESOME! Vivid and very responsive! As usual they changed ringtone. I am still not happy with the changes they did to the stylus pen. Use to be you could click on any screen and it would take a snap shot. Now you have to remove the pen in order to active it. Im sure they will fix that. Everything has been great so far. I totally recommend the cell.

If you're searching for a top of the line "Android" phone, this one should do you well! I also live on my Apple iPhone 6+, but was searching for an Android unit "with a useable pen" & this one fit the bill nicely! It's not quite as sweet as the "Edge" models, but they don't offer a functional pen that writes on screen, without even turning the device on! Check it out for yourself... As for the fact that the pen "can" be placed in backward, which can damage the phone... simply put, never loan it to anyone, or be so "inattentive" using it to do that! Fine design asks for fine usage & respect. Actually, they will probably correct that error in short time, but that's no reason to avoid this otherwise excellent unit!
