Where do I start with this phone. I had use several Notes in the past. Note 3,4,5,9 and now the 20 ultra!... I love this phone, is fast doesn't get warm and it included the charger. Don't laugh, but the new S21 doesn't come with the charger. With all the prise I can give Samsung for their amazing products I have to make a complain. Samsung is going on a "Apple" direction. They remove the input jack on the previous model and then made different versions where you need to get the "plus" or the "Ultra" to be able to have a SD slot. This is worried some. I love Samsung but don't like this approach. I also think this will be the last version of "Ultra" with a SD slot, since the S21 Ultra doesn't have it either. Now, if you're lucky enough to find this in stock buy it. They are "back order" on many carries and some are only available as "Unlocked" which are full price. I recommend this phone in a heartbeat.

Great phone and superior build. Functionality is bar none. The S pen is a great asset and extention of the phone. Screen display is Unbelievable. Camera can't be beat. Highly recommend especially if you can get a trade in credit for your old phone. You won't be disappointed.

Love my new phone, and the pen is one of the main reasons I have owned a note for a while. The battery lasts all day, which I'm sure will probably diminish over time (as they all do). Overall, solid phone. And the camera is amazing.

Great phone. Upgraded from a Note 10 and am very happy with it. Much quicker response time and camera is amazing. Some of the features are a little gimmicky, but overall a great phone and well worth the upgrade if the promotional price is right.

This is a really great piece of machinery. It's super fast, has a beautiful display and a decent battery life. I really have no complaints towards the phone at all. Also, I got a great deal through Best Buy that sweetened the package. So kudos to BB!

Awesome phone. I love the size of the screen and all of the features that come with it. I still have no idea how to use most and I probably have mot scratched the surface of all the things this phone can do. It is amazing. I love it

Everything about this phone is awesome. The improved S pen brings a lot more function. The screen is vibrant and crisp. The audio is greatly improved also. I'm still getting used to no headphone jack but otherwise this is a phenomenal phone.

As of October, the best, most advanced, most feature packed phone on the market. It's incredible- I'm a tech guy, and I still find myself baffled at what they've managed to achieve here. 120hz on the screen is huge. You won't think it makes a difference until you turn it on and scroll around. You won't be able to go back. The display is huge and vibrant, with excellent color reproduction. It is the brightest screen currently available on any phone- 1500 nits. The S-Pen is why you're here. Total gamechanger for productivity. You'll be finding new reasons to pull it out. Yeah, you pay for all of this. But your phone is your single most used electronic device. Smartphones are always an investment, and they always pay dividends. The more it can do, the more valuable the investment.

Amazing Phone, powerful processor lets all my apps run smoothly. The pen's multiple features and capabilities are second to none. The photos and videos are professional levels and absolutely stunning.

I bought this phome as an upgrade to my Note 8. It has many similar features as my Note 8 so the transition was simple. File transfer from the old phone to the new took about 25-30 minutes. The size is noticeably larger than my Note 8 but feels better in my hands. Buttons have been switched from the Note 8 and so has the location of the S Pen. Took me a few days to get usw to, but it is no big deal now. The camera(s) on this thing are significantly better than my Note 8. The 50 power zoom is something to behold. There are a ton of features I have yet to explore but that will come with time. If you have a previous generation Note phone you will most likely enjoy the Note 20 Ultra (until the Note 21 come out at least).

Camera set up is excellent. From far away to extreme closeups. Very easy to use and set up for personal preferences. Love the remote camera control with the S pen. Excellent product. But then again...it is the Note series.

After several Galaxy Phones, this is my second Note. Previously had a Note 9, started to run slow with limited battery life. This phone has excellent battery life and is very snappy! The in screen fingerprint sensor works well when my finger actually hits it (sometimes misses since no alignment feature). Overall would recommend.

I'm pleased with this phone. It's not huge. It has good battery life. I love the S pen. Quality phone. First time with the Note series, and I'm happy. Sad to hear the series might be discontinued.

Love the 5G Ultra. Super fast. Photos, calls, and videos are so clear, it's amazing. Just only black available, but I'm glad now because it looks great in my clear, glittery case.

Absolutelly incredible phone. Camera is great!!! You can make imazing quality pictures. So fast to navigate and surf on internet. Very solid build and elegant. Goos job Samsung !!!

This phone is amazing!! The screen is huge and the phone isn't heavy at all! The camera takes beautiful pictures and everything synced perfectly with my old Samsung phone.

Love the screen size and ease of use. Everything on the phone is the opposite of my old Note 10 Plus, but it didn't take long to adjust, glad I opted for this phone!

Huge phone. Buttery Smooth. Battery lasts all day. Amazing 50x zoom camera. This phone has it all. You will not be disappointed. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Switching from an iPhone after 13 years. Absolutely love the customization android brings to the table. The screen is great at 120hz and camera is unbelievable!
