So far so good.. learning to navigate through the phone and systems. Phone updates often, not sure if that's good or bad as of yet. Phone bigger than I thought, especially with the case on but I'm in love with it right now. Would like to see more options in the form of accessories..

Gift for my husband for Christmas. He loves the phone and it works great. No issues so far. Battery life is very good also. It was very easy and quick to transfer information from his old phone to this one. Received phone pretty quick. Best buy has the best deals when it comes to cell phones

This phone is perfect in every way but the battery life isn't the best. But the super fast charger does make up for it. And the phone does have a smart battery A.I that does improve the battery life over time just not at first. In all I love the phone and all of the features it has. It's super responsive

I’m still going through my latest gadget and learning the new features. However, the Note20 Ultra is a completely different device from the Note9 bc of the many new features and upgrades. Loved all new features and upgrades to the device. But to be candid, I’m a dedicated Android Samsung user since ‘03.

So happy with this purchase! The camera is awesome! My pictures look amazing! And the Mystic Bronze is so pretty. As for the system itself, not much changed from my previous Samsung, but I do like the double tap screen on/off feature that was added. Overall I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my new phone. It is still smarter than ma as I am figuring out the new features (or old features that I never knew were part of the Samsung Galaxy). Camera is super sharp, love it.

It is what I expected, this is FAR beyond the standard cell phone. It was designed for heavy multipurpose computing and use. It serves this purpose well. It is very expensive , packed with features and may be too much for basic generic or average user.

Love the phone, Its definitely better than the note 9 i had. I've had it for about a month now and no complaints. I do love the camera on this thing. The volume is also really good. Since i got the new android 11 update the phone is even better now!!

Needed to upgrade my Note 10 to 5G, so this was the best choice for me. Easy swap, lots of space, fast, nice display, great camera; everything you would expect from every Samsung. No problems.

The note 20 Ultra is a fantastic phone for those who use features to a lesser degree all the way up to those who use features to their maximum degree. It has many features and capacities that can keep you occupied and entertained and learning.

Like it a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy 10. Camera is great, love the S pen.

I looove everything Samsung but my phones are a must and this one is NOOO exception. Battery life is awesome. I bought it when they had a sale. Great opportunity.

Great update for my note 8. Had all the features I wanted to keep, only one missing is the headphone jack. Unfortunately that jack is no more, just wish that they included usb headphones or an adapter.

The camera needs some work. My older Android camera was better...Samsung needs to make improvements. I've played around and still find that there needs to be more convenience options and personal choice and more improvement with camera when not in highest mp. Very disappointed in Samsung's limitations when it comes to the Playstore and fonts, and other personalization (texting, Playstore, overall system font and look on top of being CHARGED for Samsung's store apps, not good)....I feel like I bought an Apple product and I can't stand Apple. I like Android BECAUSE of all the personalization...there should be NO limits when it comes to an Android. I would not have bought this phone had I known Samsung had such a tight hold on what can/cannot be changed when personalizing this phone. I would've stuck with HTC had I known...hoping for some good updates, we'll see.

Absolutely love this phone. Much needed upgrade with beautiful display clarity and size. Learning everyday all the available features. Purchased a Otterbox defender that protects backside camera as well.

I love this phone. I waited a few months to do a fair review. I have had every note since the note 2. This by far exceeds all notes. I love the size & how Samsung dex is intertwined with it.

Had fun playing with our new phone . Love it ! Great camera features and many options to downloads and apps. Love being able to use the stylus to write my notes and I’m still learning more about my new note

Love love love this phone. It takes the BEST pictures ever. It does everything you need and some things you didn't know you need. No problems at all. The best phone I've ever owned.

I have been a fan of the Samsung Note series since it's inception. The Samsung Note 20 Ultra does not disappoint. If you are looking for the top dog of flagship phones in 2020 this is it!
