I was skeptical of upgrading to the Note 5 from my Note Edge but I had been having some issues with slow performance and auto restarting with my Edge, almost to the point to go back to an apple product. I decided to give the Note 5 a chance to redeem the Note name, boy am I happy I did cause this phones performance is extremely fast and has so much more functionality than the Edge. Aside from the performance it is just a beautiful phone, I recommend getting the Samsung clear flip case cause it is a thin profile and protects the phone very well, plus you can see through it and interact with calls while case is closed. Awesome product so far.

Love the look, and design. So thin it fits in my small clutch. Fast internet. Vibrant colors. Great pics... Nice features with S-pen. Samsung pls check your phones handling of multi tasking. It started to get hot. I experienced this a lot with my GS5. Thought the Note would do much better. That's my only complaint so far. Otherwise I love my new phone. :)

I was worried that it would be too big. Seeing as it was quite a bit bigger than my Galaxy S4. It took some getting used to, but now I don't know how I made do with such a "small" screen before.
If you have the choice...get the 64GB. After I re-installed all of my apps, got my music loaded, etc. I still had 40GB of space left. 40GB!! My Galaxy S4 was constantly complaining that I didn't have enough room to even apply app updates. No worries here.

I had the note 4 and loved the phone but I am one that wants the latest of everything. I was leary of moving to the note 5 because of non removeable battery and no SD card. So I spent the extra money for the 64Gb version and love this phone. The battery easily lasts the entire day with 30% left and I listen to Spotify all day and always seem to be on the phone. The screen is amazing and love Samsung pay it works everywhere except once at Wendy's for some reason. It is comforting to know that your real credit card info isn't going to the stores. Overall I'm very happy with the upgrade.

I've had my phone for 5 days and it's a wonderful upgrade. I love the larger size and resolution of the screen, and I've had it on power saver mode. It's even brighter on full power. The learning curve has been easy as I had a Galaxy S4. There is still a lot to enjoy learning, and I'm sure I'll love it for a long time. The S-pen is a great feature, especially for the ability to write notes on the screen when it's off. Of course, in bright sun, the screen is hard to see, but by switching power saving mode off, it's much better than the S4. It's great in the shade. I'm very satisfied.

After owning both the Samsung Galaxy Notes 2 and 3, I skipped out on owning the 4. I feared the features on the 4 wasn't much different from the Note 3. The Galaxy Note 5 however has a whole lot more to offer. It's sleeker, not as wide, and much faster. The display is phenomenal, and to top it all off, the S pen makes life so much easier with all the stuff you can do with it. The S pen is the main reason why I will always stay with the Samsung Galaxy Note series. You can't go wrong with this phone. If this is going to be your first Android purchase, just be patient and learn how to use your phone. You'll never look at anything else in the future.

I have been a Samsung phone user for years, many Samsung products (TVs to Appliances). My 1st was the Galaxy S, (2-5). I use my phone for work,Building Inspector. I love the battery life and the fast charge. I rely heavily on Google maps to navigate from job site to job site. Being able to take pictures and mark them up quickly with out having to open another app is awesome. (Ipad or Iphone dont have this capability). I can also open any kind of document with out much trouble or having to download yet another app. (Apple).
I also love the front camera, it takes great pics at parties and events. My nephew & brother compete in Motocross, I am able to take great shots and video. On a phone! I have always used a lot of memory, I had a 32 gig in the S5. Not being able to add memory I upgraded to the 64 gig phone. It has worked perfect. I haven't had any problems.
The only app that doesnt work as well as in the S5 is the Car Mode app.
Other than that it's a great phone!

I love the phone no major complaints. It is a little heaver than my S5 but new it going in. It is just a little bigger than my S5 and to me seems a perfect size. I am a male and the phone fits good in my pockets (I do not use a case on my phone). It does not fit in my wife's pocket because the pockets are very small on most woman's Jeans. The battery life is good on the phone. I can go a whole day on phone and still have over 50% charge left. My wife is a very heavy user and by 5:00PM needs to charge.

I recently went from the Galaxy S5 to the Galaxy Note5, and it was the best thing I could have done! I love the camera, it is crisp, clear, and the pictures look like they were taken with a 35mm camera. The size is perfect. I was worried that it would be too big, but it is such a comfortable fit I don't know how I used anything smaller. I can organize all of my personal "things", read the news, play some games. have the internet at my finger tips, and my Amazon too. What more could you ask for? Well Yes, I can do it all while I listen to my music! Thank You Samsung and Best Buy!

I had been looking at replacing my 4S for some time. I looked at a number of phones ranging from the Iphone to the Samsung. I considered getting an iphone at first but was not comfortable with the OS, since I was an Android user. I looked at the Note 5 a couple of times, read reviews on it and even compared it to other Samsung phones. In the end I chose then Note 5. This phone is awesome! There is so much I can do with it, I haven't even scratched the surface. It is blazing fast and very reliable. The speaker quality is out standing and the speaker phone is just the same. Although it is larger that the standard Samsung phone that is something I can work with. The stylist aloes me to do much more that what I could do before, including taking had written notes. The camera takes wonderful pitchers. I will have this phone for some time.

Got this last week for my son and he loves it. As is the case with most smartphones, battery life has ALOT to be desired but it is what it is.
Screen is crystal clear and beautiful, camera is fantastic and it is pretty fast.
Best part about this phone purchase at Best Buy: we got a free wireless charger (the kind you just lay the phone on) which is AWESOME. Why? Because my family has burned through FOUR android phones due to the horrible mini-usb port which has stopped charging on the other phones. This wireless charger completely eliminates any need to plug in the phone!

After having the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Note 3, I had high expectations for this device. The Note 5 has not disappointed so far! I love the size (not as wide as the Note 3), speed, and features. Also the battery life has been fantastic so far. Work from 9-5pm and the battery is normally still at 75-80% with moderate usage throughout the day. Recommend getting a nice case as well as a glass screen protector to keep this beautiful phone in great shape!

The new Note 5 may have a few changes that we question but overall it's still the greatest phone out there, especially for business power users. You won't notice what's missing as much as what has been improved. S Pen new functions still amaze and are truly useful. Camera is great, ability to personalize is a nice perk to the experience. No regrets from moving up from my Note 4.

I picked up my Galaxy Note 5 the day it was released and really like it so far. I have not gotten it set up exactly how I like yet. I went from the Galaxy S5 to this Note 5 and love the size. The screen resolution is awesome. I don't mind the size of it as I had the Note 2 a few years back and was used to the larger size. The only thing I am not happy with is the Samsung Wireless Charging pad I received for free with my pre-order of the phone. It does not work properly and am reading other customers are having the same problem. The Samsung rep at Best Buy told me that there is some sort of an issue with it and hopefully Samsung will come up with a fix for it.

I was a little concerned when I bought this phone due to the size. I had had an S4. But I have to say the size quickly became handy. It is so much easier to Text, hold or do just about anything. I highly recommend this phone. It is jam packed with features and with Samsung smart switch it was a breeze to swap from my old Samsung to the new one. Oh, and the one thing I love is its charges super fast. I have seen it go from 42% to 100% in about an hour. My old one would have taked 2 or three hours to even get close.

I am so glad that I upgraded to a Note 5 from a Note 3. Note 5 is fast, slender, (even with the Otterbox on) and just all around efficient! I love the split screen. .For instance, it allows you to bring up a menu and write down what you want to order on the S Note!! Fantastic. .You can watch YouTube and check your text or emails. All at the same time!!!
I can write all day long about how much I love it.
Even my son, who is all about the iPhone, he had to use my Note 3 because he broke is iPhone, raved about it.
