A little rough at first, until we were handed off to an associate who knew what he was doing. I like the S8 note especially since my eye sight is failing. The power cord is different which creates additional expense. So far so good.

I loved the Note 4, skipped 5 and (eek) 7. The Note 8 has been totally worth the wait. Love it!

I have been an iPhone user from the very beginning of having a smart phone. I’d tried switching to a Galaxy S5 when I was eligible for an upgrade years ago, but promptly went back to Apple after a week of frustration with the Android operating system and seemingly slow device. After seeing many reviews on the Note8, and then actually holding one in hand at Best Buy, I decided to give the Note8 a try I’ve The new iPhone X. I was not disappointed and nearly six months later I still love this device. The customisation is incredible. It is a smooth operating experience and the photo quality is amazing. I still love the easy use of the Apple operating system and the seamless ties between apple devices, but I have certainly fallen for the Galaxy and Android operating system. I see the pluses and minuses of both Apple and Samsung and appreciate them both for their differences.

I am absolutely a Samsung Galaxy loyalist. This phone does not disappoint. I like a big phone and it big enough but not so big that is cant still fit in my back pocket with ease. The picture quality is gorgeous and i am totally satisfied with my purchase.

I upgraded from the s6 edge and basically the same phone just a little faster, better camera, and the phone looks better.

This thing blows away all of the previous iphones I've owned. Decided to make that jump from apple products to what the other 90% of the world uses and I can't be happier. For those of you worried about jumping and having to learn how to use this, don't worry at all. You can download a theme that makes it run and look essentially just like iOS on your iphone looked. But, if you search further you'll realize there are so many better themes to use and make this phone considerably more customizable than any iphone. It takes a few hours to get used to the new themes, but it's well worth learning. I've had this phone for about 6 months or so and I change the theme every couple months for a fresh new feel. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is interested. Also, since the Note 9 is coming out soon this should be down at rock bottom prices really soon.

I gave 5star because I like all the Notes I've had. That being said.. if you think you are missing out on something because you haven't upgraded your current Note phone. Don't let that be the reason you are upgrading. I went from Note 4 to Note 8. Kinda wasted my money as I really don't see a big difference. But as I've already stated, I do like the Note phones as they have expandable memory, etc.. beware though, it seems Samsung has taken cue from Apple, sealed case means I can't pop open back & change out battery in a year or so to give new life to phone. If they start taking away expandable memory (which so far is still great feature), I would then have to shop around for different brand. And being now July 2018, if you can wait on a new phone, you might want to wait for the next Note released which probably will be in next 1 - 4 months release.

This phone was procured to replace my IPhone 7 plus. To me this is the best phone thus far. It is easy to use and everything works seamlessly. It is stylish as well as connects easily to my other home devices something that was a challenge with the IPhone.

This Galaxy Note 8 is a really nice Smartphone. It has all of the features that make it easy to use. It is comfortable to hold too. The sound quality when using it is very clear. It always provides good reception. I just like it a lot.

A much needed upgrade when it came. Replaced my last Note and is much better.

Another great phone from Samsung. They always do well with the best features.

I've had the Galaxy Note 8 for several weeks now and am absolutely in love with it! It has a fantastic camera and more than enough memory to suit my needs. My only issue was switching out all of my Micro USB charger cords for USB-C.

I had the note 4 but it basically died on me,so I Wanted to get the new version of what I had before. I can't believe how much more is offered on this phone than my old one. In just 4 years the product has changed a lot and for the better.
