    I'd originally purchased the Galaxy 9, but it met a tragic end in the hydraulics of a movie theater chair (don't ask). I replaced it with Galaxy Note 8 because it was the best deal going. I don't ever use the stylus, and I don't miss the fancier camera options of the Galaxy 9. It's a solid and reliable device, perfect for my needs.

    Every cell phone I've had has been Samsung, and will continue to only use Samsung. I was eligible for an upgrade when the Note 7 came out, but ended up putting it off until the Note 8 came out. Loved the bonus option of getting the micro sd card and wireless charging pad. Excellent quality Still runs great over a year later

    I got the 8...just a month or so the 9...that would have been my 3rd Samsung...i use to be Motorola...but the Pen...makes all the difference...battery goes fast...
