Everything you need in a phone, plus things you never new existed. All works great and easy to use. Battery life is fine, but if the screen is set bright, it will eat this large battery.

I tried all the pixel 3, iPhone XR and XMax but still came back to the note 9 for two reasons: expandable memory and sleeker design (more ergonomic since it's not as wide as the others).

Samsung delivers again. This is a great phablet. S pen is great. Beautiful vibrant colors.

Pen function is great for taking pictures especially not having to push button on phone

Bye Apple! Made the switch to my first Android. This Galaxy Note9 exceeds my expectations. It's far more practical and has lots of features than my old iPhone! I'm glad I made the switch.

Note9 I'm still flustered after $1,000 & sale, no printed instructions come with it. I don't want to go online, I want a reference I can read anywhere. Pen I've yet to explore. Tough looking for where all my contacts are, from "phone/cloud" to any number of email accounts. I left the purchase w/o my normal emails set to come to my phone, Good features like Camera etc. But its long & others have complain.

I have only had this phone a few days and I absolutely love everything about. I can't think of one thing negative to say about it at this point. Way to go Samsung! Way to go best buy.

So far so good. It is the best phone I've owned so far, it has many great features and should last me for the next few years if not longer for sure. Cant go wrong with the Note 9.

I was wanted a Galaxy Note and I am glad i finally got one. The size of the phone will get taking use to, but overrall I enjoy the phone

My first was a Note 3 I had for 5 years with no problems. This is my second Note because I'm spoiled by the stylus! But man, this one can do so much more and I can't wait to find out.

Simply a great phone. I have been using an LG for the last four years and this is a significant upgrade. Phone security is amazing with Retina Scan, Facial Recognition and Fingerprint

I love the phone and capabilities. However, the crap apps are a pain. I wish that Samsung would let people choose their own apps instead of pre-install them. Love the purple color!

I have had all the Samsung Galaxy devices and this Note gets better cell signal in places that my Note 5 or Note 8 would struggle. I love the screen and the camera on Note 9.

Absolutely the best phone. Samsung note 9 is great and the color of purple was awesome. Never will own another IPhone again after having this phone.

Bought this phone for my husband business because he needed an upgrade. He loves this phone cuz he can take notes on it. So far there is nothing wrong with this phone.

The Samsung Note 9 is much more than a phone. I was happy with my S3, The note 9 is a mind blowing experience and I will probably never use it to its full potential.

This phone has it all it is absolutely amazing I am going to best buy to take the teaching seminar they have on how to use this phone with all of it's options! So far I love it

REGRETTED GETTING MY IPHONE FROM THE BEGINNING BUT I WAS STUCK WOTH IT FOR THE YEAR AND NOW IM BACK TO THE SAMSUNG FAMILY AND IT FEELS LIKE IVE BEEN MISSING A PART OF ME LOL

Best note yet, (outside of the 7). Glad they brought back expandable memory. Still haven't mastered using the new stylus for things beyond writing, but I'm slowly getting there.

I've had this phone for 2 weeks and it's my best phone yet. Better speakers for my music, great voice quality, still learning its features. Discovering new things every day.
