Great camera nice and big easy to read info a good battery charge

After using the note 5 I switched back to Apple iPhone . Which was great in the beginning but it lacked the S-pen and all other cool business tools and features . So I finally decided to switch back to note and needless to say , I’m glad I switched back . Battery life and camera are far better than iPhone and the phone it self looks more impressive .

What A big step up from my LG V20. night and day. Only had it for a week and decided to get it vs the note 8. Battery life is EXCELLENT. I usually average 30gb a month with my phone company and only charge it once every other day. would recommend to anyone thinking about it. Plus I only paid $600 for it due to a Best Buy sale.

I'm a Construction Field Supervisor and this thing has made my life easier. Highlight emails, pics, whatever and send it out. You can write on all of it with the S pen. And drawing with the pencil; this thing is amazing. I couldn't be happier. Battery life is usually at 50 percent when I go to bet. I use it all day. It's Great

The phone is a lovely phone, its quick and free fast and the camera features at outta this world..They could have made the sound system better and other than that, we all like big screens but I think I found my limit because I love running and it feels as if Its something that I'm really carrying instead of a regular phone.

My S7 Edge had pink line symptoms and performance was getting worse so I picked this up on release day. Phone is quick and has a lot of storage. S-Pen is pretty cool technology. I hope they come out with or allow existing 3rd party apps to take advantage of it. Most annoying thing is accidental Bixby button presses.

Needed a replacement for my S8+ but didn't want the S10 yet. This fit all my needs. The screen is huge and sound is better than one of my televisions. Lots of storage for pictures and videos. The data transfer from my old phone to this one went off without a hitch. Best phone I've had so far.

The screen size, resolution and colors are GREAT. The speakers are crisp and clear stereo ear candy. Plus... PLUS, I got a headphone jack. With all the memory in this version, I'm A Monster!

Well I have been an iPhone user for the past 10 years and in the past few years I have been frustrated and disappointed at how expensive iPhones are getting... frustrated because although something's are easy many things like I cloud and how you can't expand on storage. Something so simple as adding a simple SD card is so hard for apple to do. their products are not worth it! As soon as I got my new Note9 and started to learn and use it it's refreshing and I am actually excited and happy to have such an amazing phone/mini computer basically. The S pen is awesome and although I'm new to the android interface I really like it! By the way i use to have a mac book pro but replaced it about two years ago with a surface pro 4 and i love it! Not ever going back to apple!

Phone is new to me but seems to be a great phone in all that it does so far. Nice screen, good pics, functions well and stylus is useful.

I love this phone. It is perfect for me. I am in direct sales and needed a phone with a big screen to show off my product. It's helpful having the Note capabilities as well. The battery life is excellent. I have loved this phone. You can't go wrong with a Galaxy.

Hands down, the best cellphone I have ever owned. I love the features and design. Apps run smoothly and the battery lasts for two full days (first for me in many years). Two down sides (not that big of a deal) that I can think of: 1. The finger print sensor is oddly placed right under the back camera lenses. As a result, i am finding myself smudging the lenses multiple times. Bad design if you ask me. But again, I cannot see where else they could have put the sensor if not there (infinite display - no real estate in the front/sides are too thin, back of the phone it is. If they had the sensor lower - could be a design nightmare to create cases. 2. I am an average sized guy and somehow finding it hard to operate the phone with single hand. Note9 is undoubtedly larger phone and is designed to be operated with both hands. Other than these two caveats, I love my new Note9!

My first note. Bigger than my s7. Faster... but nothing else is different that I can tell. Want my money back... love the camera!

My husband upgraded from a note 5 and absolutely loves the features on this phone. He can't stop playing with it and exploring all that it does. He also has an awesome camera on it that at concerts takes the best pictures I have seen on a phone in a long time.
