The battery life is AMAZING! Great camera, speaker is a huge upgrade from the Note 5. There are some notification quirks. Like the voicemail notification will not go away. I really hate the fact that the home & back buttons are gone. Yes you can create virtual ones.. but it's not the same.

This is my first Samsung phone. I shifted from I phone. This is a great phone in terms of build quality, speed, screen and camera quality, etc...

I’ve had the phone for a couple of weeks now and so far I am impressed. I use the phone for my business. All of my information ported over from my Galaxy S8 easily with the included app. So set up was a breeze. The included touch pen is great. I use it for jotting quick notes and where precision counts. The phone is big. But it still fits comfortably in my hand. I find that I use my tablet less and the phone more for web browsing, email, news, videos, etc. While I haven’t put the camera to a real test, the shots I have taken are very good.

This is an excellent phone. It is large so keep that in mind but it is fast, powerful, the camera is amazing and the s pen feature is great.

I was kinda hesitant paying $1000 dollars for a phone, but i am very happy i did. It has so many things built into it, i'm still finding new things to customize it and make it better. It's really fast, and has lots of memory, was really easy to setup, i bought the unlocked version and all i had to do was insert my sim card and it was online. Coming from the regular Galaxys, biggest thing i like is the S-pen and the ability to hand write quick notes and capture certain areas of the screen... i highly reccomend it despite it's high price.

I upgraded from the Galaxy 8+ and it's been a great move! Long lasting battery. Great camera! Lots of memory. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Everything about the Note 9 is great the screen size and the camera is the greatest. Most of all the pen is fun to use as a remote control.

This phone us super fast and has a lot of storage. I transferred all of my content from my old Samsung phone and still have a ton of room.

I have always been a gadget fan and this really blow my mind in the mobile world. I have used several phones and recently own a Samsung S7 Edge and also ordered an iPhone 8 plus 256gb but had to return it because you cant go wrong with the New Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128gb with external SD card slot of up to 1TB and more. Words enough cant explain the amazing performance, speed and battery life of this device and moreso with the unbeatable Bestbuy deals going on right now on this device. Believe me, you can never go wrong.

The camera is awesome. The ability to take pics with the stylist is great. It allows you to lock private apps separately. Great Note...

Great phone , works flawless ,outstanding screen ,& great battery life. s-pen is a nice touch ,although I haven't really used it much

Just upgraded from an iPhone 6s and was trying to decide about whether or not to buy another iPhone and as I compared the iPhone XR and this Samsung note 9 it seemed like for not much more I was getting a flagship phone. Dex mode has been impressive as well. I can plug this phone into a usb to hdmi cable and use my phone as a desktop device! I really hope Samsung will continue to work on the dex experience because it could be a game changer for business users like me! The S pen is a great device as well!

I am on the phone all day selling real estate. For the first time ever I am able to no worry so much about having chargers everywhere. and normally charge it once for like 20-30 minutes to last me the rest of the day 8-8pm. This phone is water resistant which is awesome and it allowed me to have my phone laying around and use it everywhere on my trip to Colorado last month. The expandable storage is the 3rd best feature of this phone. Samsung listened to its consumer needs and this phone meets them all!

The Samsung Note 9 is my favorite Samsung phone. There is nothing but the price, not to like. I like the size, speed and camera.

I love this phone... cameras are amazing and I have lots of storage for pics vids and apps. Oh let's not forget about MUSIC

This is my first Note device and my first modern Samsung device. So far I've been really impressed. Coming from an LG v20, this is light years ahead of what that phone could do. I've only had the phone for about two weeks, but I've had zero problems and it's the fastest phone I've ever had. I haven't had a chance to really use the Spen, but I can see it being useful for taking notes during some of my meetings out in the field where it's not practical to carry around a notebook and pen. Overall 10/10 so far.

Had a Note 4 for many years. Finally upgraded and couldn't be happier. Takes great photos and never worry about battery life.

Love the various options this phone offers.The camera takes excellent pictures and the use of the S pen is on point.

I have to admit I have been an Apple user for a long time. I never thought I would even be switching but I did. Since Steve Jobs died in my own opinion, Apple products have not been the best that they used to be. It was Samsung’s turn to shine now and so they created Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I got the one in Cloud Silver. So far I have been really enjoying it especially the freedom to customize your ringtone, font style, and being able to transfer/share files easily. Plus the camera is way better than iPhone XS Max. For now I have yet to explore it some more and discover for myself its lasting power. Hopefully it will last longer. I only gave it 4 stars because though it is the best for me it has one flaw that I do not like about it. It is my own so I am not sure if you would think the same way as well but the image/video quality becomes really bad when you send/share a photo/video as MMS.
