Love it! Love it! Love it! I am an android girl for life and there's nothing that will make me change. I have no complaints at all about with this phone. I do wish that the unlocked one had auto voicemail access capability but that would be me just being picky. I really love this phone and feel it was worth the $1000+ investment. 2 years later it is working like brand new!

I tried the Samsung S10 and took it back and got A Samsung ( note. The 9note is easy to use and takes great picture. I like the feature that tells you that your lens is dirty. This way you never have to worry and not getting the best picture. Also having the note pen to help you take pictures really makes it easy to take selfies.

This phone does it all and more. It's worth the extra few dollars over the S9+ despite having the same specs. Why? The S Pen. It's what makes a Note a Note. It can act as a remote, it can the help you select text that normally you couldn't copy (like on Instagram), and it can even translate in real time just hovering over text. It's the best.

Amazing all this can do. Still learning all the features. The note pad is great to have however the Bixby button sucks. It gets turned on a lot while I try to operate the phone. Perhaps there is a way to disable it I haven't discovered yet. After a sour experience at B.B. I was reluctant to deal with them again but this time I cannot believe how helpful and knowledgeable Nick R was making a smooth,fast transition to my new phone.

Great phone. The Note 9 exceeds the capabilities I require of a phone and everyday I find something useful. Battery life brings me back to the day of the flip phone, I can with normal use charge it every other day. It is big. It is heavy. It is the best phone I've owned by far. Buy unlocked it is easier than paying the carriers 50 a month.

The phone is sleek and powerful- faster than my previous phones. I was worried the pen was going to be a different color; however, the black phone comes with a black pen. I've only had the phone 1 week and I have not had to charge it much. The battery does last longer and it charges in about 1 1/2 hour. Not bad, I was hesitant to buy this phone after the issues with the Note 7, but I am happy this phone has no issues so far.
