Purchased this phone with a trade-in offer and got a $450 discount. Definitely softens the retail price but totally worth it for the $1K. All the features are great and this is the best screen but the thing that makes it the best is the ALL DAY battery. I used to have about 10-15% left on my S8+ and now I come home with 40%+! I find myself trying to drain this battery! Definitely recommend.

Got this for my husband. He is very very pleased. He was worried about the size at first but found it is not a problem. He said it is the best and most useful phone he has had. He uses the pen feature daily. He says the display quality is awesome. I have to say he is very happy with the quality of the Note9.

I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy 8 and was not sure how I would like the Note9, I have never used a Galaxy Note before. I changed jobs and thought the note taking capabilities would be helpful. I have not used the S pen a lot yet and I am still getting used to it. I love the size of the Note9 and it fits great in my hand because it is not too wide. Battery life so far has been good.

I loved this phone while I had this phone and it was insane the battery life was awesome, the screen was beautiful and the user experience was just great overall and it was just one of the absolute best android phone I've owned I switched to the xs max because of my job and they are both the best at what they do you want the best of android minus the price this is the phone.

I would have rated it 5 stars, but the price is rather high, it's more than lap tops and tablets. It does take the place of Theron though.

What I love about the phone is the pen, it allows you to copy and paste text you can't grab. My pen went bad in 15 days and had charging issues and had to replace the phone. If you look at the demo, the screen burn is horrible, my s8 plus got screen burn in 10 months and I replaced it with this phone. Hope it doesn't happen again. The screen is fragile and if you put it in your pocket in a case, it will activate the screen. I'm not a big fan anymore, they need to pay attention to the quality, the glass scratches so easy.

I haven't treated myself to a good phone in years! I wanted to go all out. I am not disappointed at all! I was looking for a phone that I can take good pictures on and has a good internal memory. This has both. I have a 3 year old so a good camera to make memories with was a must. Crystal clear quality. Still learning new things everyday with this phone. Amazing!

Hello All, I have had this phone for about a month and so far it’s been great. I love the camera and the stylus is very useful when trying to edit photos and videos. I love it!!

I have had this phone for 1 week now. So far I love it. I am still learning-this phone does a lot. The screen colors are so vivid. I am still learning how to use the S-pen. The battery lasts. I am not on this phone all day every day so I did not have to charge it for 2-3 days. Usually I do not pay this much for a phone but I splurged this time and I am glad I did.
