Samsung has mastered the art of making phones. Note 9 is one of them. It is easy to use and intuitive. Camera is high quality. The feature I like most is how loud sound is. Maybe I am becoming deaf but I can hear loud and clear. Another feature I like is how easy it is to write quick notes.

This fone is great. Everyone says they can hear me so much better and I can hear better also. Great camera. Great screen. Easy to use. Draw backs ... the screen keyboard is NOT GOOD on swype ... words don't translate as well as my old fone ... and the keys on the far right don't respond well to finger touch .... works fine with pen

What can I say? This phone is great! I almost switched back over to an iPhone, however remembered all of the headaches and hassles of my last iPhone. I bought the Note 9 as a first time note user, it is so easy to figure out and has so many great apps included on the phone itself. The camera is amazing. Great product!

Last month I bought a Samsung Note 9 for myself and today I bought a Google Pixel 3a XL for my daughter. The Pixel 3a is a much better value and will do everything I would use the Note 9 for and it was less than 1/2 of the cost. If I had it to do over I would have bought 2 Pixel 3a's and saved myself $500.

So, I went from an iPhone 8 plus to this, the note 9. I gotta say, this whole android vs. iPhone is dumb. Both of them feel pretty similar I mean obviously the note 9 is better than the 8 plus, but i wouldn't say I'm pro one or the other. However note 9 has the best camera I've ever had on a phone, and it's just cute.

After almost hitting 5 years with my Note 5, it came to a time to upgrade and because I like my S pen and being able to use Microsoft Word and power point and get work done, the Note 9 has the power I need, and if u get a C to HDMI it acts as a regular laptop when u connect to monitor or tv... Awesome...!

The best phone on the market. so many gadgets,features things too do with this phone, the camera is the best every day I learn new tricks with this phone and it keeps coming thanks best buy and loyalty program for letting me trade in my fast note 8 for the faster note 9 only having to pay $559.00 for the note 9 cash!

The screen is clear and responsive. Everything lived up to the hype of all the new features. Stylus works and does a cool feature that only the stylus works on the feature bubble (if that makes any sense) Basically they made this phone really hard to accidentally turn on or bump into things. Very well built.

Got the phone for my wife who has been a Galaxy Note fan and upgraded from the Note 4. The phone feels well put together, a step up from what I expect from Samsung in terms of look and feel quality though not up there with the iphones yet. The camera works great, love the 'Live' setting while clicking photographs and the fact you can zoom out of a shot later while reviewing photographs. I would rate this phone at the top of the Android pyramid and have cut one star because I feel Samsung could have priced better given their phone's build quality.

I've had this phone for over a year and it hasn't given me any issues at all. The memory is sufficient since I'm always downloading apps and taking pictures when I go on vacation. Camera takes clear pictures and videos. I can see this phone lasting for more years!
