I am on the phone all day, both making calls and using apps, on the go. I really like the long lasting battery life, because I can't always be recharging it. It is fully charged in the morning when I leave for work and when I get back home, at night, it still has 40-50%

Don't know too much about phones, but I love my new phone. I left Samsung for a Mottorola and I regretted it. Had to go back to Samsung this time to a Galaxy Note 9. I love the pen as it makes it better to navigate , especially when playing certain games. Thumbs up!

i deal with technology all day long on my business and i require being nimble and efficient, the Note 9 is the best complement for a power/business user as the new S Pen enhances everything you can do with a phone, like taking sceen shots and annotating them is great.

I have a Note20 Ultra now, but I used this for 2 plus years and there are features I miss. The camera was not very good on this phone, but the fingerprint reader was super fast and the battery lasted all day with heavy use.

This is the most incredible phone I have ever seen! It is worth 6 stars! Speed is incredible. Pictures are awesome! The only slight complaint I have is that apps cannot be put on the SD card, only data.

The price is too high for what you have. The camera still good but looks like the note 8 has better picture

I bought this phone because I'm the type of person who needs to be doing 72 things at the same time on my phone, and I need it to keep up with me. The Note 9 does that, and the S Pen is such an amazing feature. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Finally made the switch from Apple to Samsung. Glad I did! Took some time to get use to and I'm still learning but I love this phone! The pen gets lots of use. Still figuring stuff out. Battery power is good and memory and speed are great.

This phone is amazing! I'm so glad I waited for the Note 9 instead of getting the s9+. Huge upgrade for me coming from an s6 edge. Battery life is phenomenal and performance is unmatched. Do yourself a favor and get this phone! It's worth every penny!

Wifi Calling works on this unlocked variant! (Sprint) Camera is inferior to my Pixel 2 XL, that was released nearly a year ago! Samsung, please provide Stock Android, Touchwiz is horrible!

with the past note fiascos i was skeptical but the phone hasnt let me down. love the new features specially so many things can be done with the pen even a selfie. battery is amazing too. n so is the volmume and clarity for calls n other stuff

I've had this phone for a year now and I still love it. I hate to use the Keyboard for anything, this phone is grate for me I love the S pen. Since I also enjoy watching videos on my phone I love it's big screen.

This is an upgrade from a Samsung s4. I'm not super tech savy... but I've figured out a bunch of stuff with this phone..can always use YouTube if you want to learn more about this phone and what it can do..extremely long battery life

Upgraded from a Note 4, this Note 9 is a major upgrade. It is much faster in processing. Battery life is excellent! That was the main reason I stuck with the old phone because I could carry spare batteries if I needed to, and easily install them. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the battery life of the Note 9. So far so good... accessories are a bit expensive but like sticking with Samsung brand ones so I guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend the Note 9 if you are in the market for a new phone. I still have to explore and learn all the features. The cameras are awesome also on this phone.

I am still learning how to use this phone but as of right now it is AWESOME!! The battery life is amazing along with the large screen. I am not sold on the camera yet but I am still learning everything about it so that might change!!

I had a Note 3 and loved it so much, I kept it going for 5 years. Eventually, it was time to upgrade, so I went for the latest, the Note 9. There are a few things I don't like about it, such as: 1. Can't change it batteries like I could with my old Note 3, though it shows gold a charge pretty well, and it definitely charges up much faster. 2. I don't know why on earth Samsung took voice control off the alarm clock. I really liked being able to simply say, "Snooze" or "Stop" instead of physically handling the phone to turn off the alarm. 3. I also really miss the IR blaster/TV remote control function. 4. The price is simply insane. (Thank you Best Buy for your terrific 0% financing for 24 months. I'd never have been able to get this phone without it.) That being said, the new Note 9 is still a great phone. So much more space and some great new features; I'm still trying to learn some of them. Great to have an unlocked phone and so much more storage too!

I purchased an unlocked Note 9 because I have developed carpal tunnel in my right hand and I figured the stylus would prevent me or at least minimize the need to type. It has. My hand is healing and I am totally in love with this phone.

WIth the glass shield covering the phone, you have to push REALLY HARD on the screen to type letters, or advance screen changes unless you use the pen. Also when you are trying to hit the SPACE bar when typing, it is directly above the close Icon so I find I am closing my window constantly which is extremely frustrating, although within the last 10 days that I have owned the phone, the positive thing is it takes AMAZING Photos!

Excellent phone, large clear screen, the camera is excellent, decent battery life,would recommend
