I love the note series. Best phones period, looks good, works great, S pen rocks. I wish they would go back to flat screens, no curve, but hey is what it is. Buy it and love it 100%

They Cloud 9 seems to be built very strong and sturdy. Phone has an amazing battery life and the phone takes a drop like a champ. I am not big on technology, but I have been pretty impressed with this phone.

So far this is a great phone. I really liked my Galaxy S5, and didn't want a new phone. But it was almost 4 years old, and slowing down. I read lots of reviews and decided on the Note 9. I'm very happy with it. It's so much faster, and lots of memory. So glad I went to Best Buy instead of to my carrier. Best Buy answered all of my questions, (I was there 3 times) didn't try to pressure me into anything and the same phone at my carrier was much more expensive. I chose the note 9 over the s9 and s9 plus because of the larger memory and faster processor. So far so good!

This is a good phone but for the price it could be so much better and have so much more to offer. The battery life is a big improvement however I have seen some random app crashes which seems abnormal. For the price, I wouldn't recommend buying this phone.

This is more than a phone, all the things that I can do now, I can do a checklist for my groceries. Edit documents and have them sync with the cloud and a lot more. The camera is the best, even with low light

The setup of this phone was a breeze... It has wonderful features a real cool stylus and I'm totally happy with it.... But I'm going to give it three stars cause it can't wash my car.(just kidding)

Awesome phone packed with great features. This phone doesn’t only do everything that other phones do in the market but goes above with it’s features. S pen is definitely my favorite feature of the phone.

Best Samsung galaxy note 9 that I have seen love this phone. I am happy with my note 9 then what I was with my iPhone. Great pictures and usage. Best speakers as well. I will recommend this phone to anyone.

The camera. The camera. The camera. It is an amazing feature that most modern cell phones don’t have. Pictures are so clear that it shows the wrinkles and imperfections on my face. Thank god for filters!!!

I have been using this phone for about a month and it has met all of my expectations for such a high price tag. The S Pan is way more useful than I thought it would be, the Live Messaging is really cool

I no longer have this phone, but I can tell you that it was the best phone I ever had. Samsung has really stepped its game up to the point where I like their phones more than I like Apple phones. The thing that made me go back to Apple was its ecosystem. I compare that to let’s say... I like the house I lived in before better than the one I live in now, but I like the neighborhood I am in now better. All things considered, the Samsung is a better phone when it comes to functionality and features. If my iPhone ever broke, there is a strong possibility that I would venture back into the world of the Samsung Galaxy Note.

I've had this phone for over a year and its still a fantastic device. Its got all the necessary features and more. Good camera, great display, and amazing battery life.

Amazing screen and the battery life on this phone truly does last allday i unplug it around 8am and when i get home around 8pm from using it all day on social media i still have at least 40% left

I picked this up the week of Thanksgiving for 800 bucks. Last new phone I had was a Note 5. Great screen, battery, and expandable storage(I have a 200 gig micro sd card installed) are all a plus.

Upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to this was well worth the price. Yes $999 is a little too pricey for my wallet normally, but I am not dissatisfied at all. I got a huge upgrade in RAM and storage and the camera is far superior than any other older galaxy models I've owned. I am also super happy I bought this unlocked. I was able to get out of my super expensive contract and move on to a plan more in my price range and can switch at any time without the extra cost of a new device. Also because it wasn't locked into a service provider, the phone came with less bloatware and really easy for me to get rid of what came stock that I didn't want. Very happy customer here.

Great buy. Upgraded from the note 5 that i had for 5-6 years and im hoping this last me just as long. Easy to use and great screen to watch videos with. S-pen updates with more uses for it
