A few things about me that are important when reading my reveiw... I have been an iPhone loyalst for about a decade. The one exception was with the note 7 (or maybe it was 8) that I tried to switch to right around the time they started catching on fire. Needless to say that one was returned. I like this phone I wanted a larger screen since this is used for navigation the larger screen real estate comes in very handy. That left this and the iPhone X. I read boatloads of reviews and what it came down to was price. On paper these were so close and this was $300 cheaper so I got it. I have been pleased with it and I like the idea of android better than being locked into the IOS system. I have noted numerous things that this phone does that the iPhone can't (actually won't because of IOS). The negatives, I don't like the fact that the screen curves around the device, I would prefer it to be flat. Also, I guess it is nice to have the pen but I don't use it much, maybe that will change as I figure out more of what it can do but until this it seems like a gimmick.

Awesome cell phone, I'm always looking at the Note series because it's just like a laptop when I'm on the road. Not only that, but Samsung has a program built inside that is called "Samsung Dex" this software activates when you plug your phone into your laptop and then turns it into another Laptop. Great way to transfer files and read/write to and from your cell phone. I would only recommend this for someone who is doing business and cannot always get to a computer.

SPEED... FAST... CHARGING....FAST... CAMERA....EXCELLENT.... BATTERY LIFE...EXCELLENT... PEN... VERY USEFUL... WATER AND SHOCK RESISTANT.... UBER SATISFIED.

I love this phone. I never have problems with how the system runs. Of course, the price is a bit high but i would definitely recommend this device.

I absolutely love my Note 9! I thought it would be too big but it's not! Memory is great. And the best part.......it really does have an all day battery!

Not much has changed, but that's a good thing. Battery life is definitely improved. I like the look and feel. I will buy Note 10 when it comes out next year

This is a great phone that has a large storage capacity and is easy to operate. I've had no issues whatsoever! I highly recommend this phone!!!

I always carry two phones, the iPhone and a Note. I like them both and can appreciate what each offers. The Note 9 easily is the best phone available right now. Highlights of the phone include the best display on any phone, good sound, top processor and ram. In additional, this phone has an S-pen, expandable memory and a headphone jack. Trade in options make this a good buy too.

I've had this phone for close to 2 years, and it's still going strong. Battery life seems to be shorter, but still great!

my kids always used my iPhone to watch youtube and run my battery down, with this phone i don't have to worry about it at all. Battery lasts all day

Samsung phones are the best great product the camera takes excellent clear pictures I am very happy with my choice and would recommend to all.

Galaxy note 9 is a great fast phone. I have had this phone for over a year now and no issues. Works great. Its the 4th one in my family.

I recently purchased (2) of these phones (unlocked) for my wife and I. I'm not a "technofile" but I can tell you I have been a Samsung Note fan for some time previously owning the Note 4 and Note 5. These phones originally retailed for $999. When I saw that BestBuy was offering these phones for $699 unlocked I jumped at the deal! Great big 4000mah battery, 6.4 in. screen, super fast processor, huge internal (expandable memory), waterproof, great camera...this phone has it all! One of the best Android phones on the market today!
