had my first one stolen! sad, i love the note phones. definitely a superior product and product experience than most smart phones on the market. i love the functionality of the stylus and the tips and tricks you can find for how to use it online

I have had apple phones for last 10 years and loved them.but after the iPhone 6s plus came out every iPhone after that was the same. I tried the note 9 out at the store and realized I have been in cell phone prison....lol

The product is as to be expected of Galaxy Notes and is quite powerful. I appreciate the sleek design, though there is a slip hazard if you're sweaty handed- like myself- or happen to be nervous. Dropped my original immediately after purchase due to this and had to get it replaced.

We had a really good experience buying this phone at Best Buy. The guys that were helping us where I had more knowledgeable than the Verizon employees. The product itself is solid. For someone who wants the largest screen on the market, this is definitely the best option

I bought this for my husband at the same time that I bought one for myself. Very expensive day, but worth it! We live on our phones, and these are fantastic for photography, email, streaming, internet, and basic functions. Amazing display, too, and fits easily into back pockets.

The Samsung Galaxy note 9 is the best smartphone on the market right now. Great battery life big screen and it will last all day.

All of my past phones have been Android. I like Androids. My wife likes iPhones. This is by far the best phone/computer I have ever owned. It will suit me for years as is and if I ever change then it will be for the next generation of the same product. Even my wife is envious.

I'm a long time iPhone user and I decided to switch from the iPhone XS max to the Galaxy Note 9. This phone has so many more features and specs for a much cheaper pricetag. I'm still learning new things I can do with this phone every day. Overall this was a great decision.

This phone is the best of the Android phones and is completely customizable from the outside and inside. It competes with the IPhone XS max at all levels and offers the same experience but with the Android system. I highly recommend this phone as an alternative to an IPhone.

We are on T-Mobile so unlocked was the way to go just took SIM card out of note 5 and put it in note 9 works fine .Used smart switch to transfer all app's to new phone all worked. With only zedge needed to reset phone ring settings ..Wife really loves this phone.

I have to disclose that I purchased the Samsung - Galaxy Note9 128GB (Unlocked) as a gift and haven't used it yet. I gave it 5 stars based on my family's past experience with Samsung smart phones. If you're going to walk the Android path, Samsung is the way to go.

Its a solid phone, functions just like a Samsung should but, I don't know what makes the price so high, there isn't anything new or revolutionary about it. Probably should have just bought a Note8 and saved some money

Pretty easy to figure out. Has many bells and whistles. Camera is superb. Screen lock systems offered is confusing.

Been more than a week, living upto the expectation. Fast navigation, Pen functions are smooth, camera top notch...

I particularly like the health tracking app that comes preloaded. I now want to see an EKG app. I like being able to write notes right on the screen but haven't used it much yet. Oh just tried the face recognition to unlock the phone usage. That is impressive.

Love the s-pen first note ive had came from the s7 never leaving the note.... all other phones are inferior
