Awesome phone, however its not apple also please try your hardest to monitor that pen. My phone fell to the ground with a case on it. And the pen wasnt pushed in the phone all the way. And the pen broke in half, also half hanging outside the phone half in the hole think goodness the i could get the other piece out. Plus the pen not on sale cost 79.00 never again

One of the best Samsung phones that I have owned..I used to be all Motorola because of their ruggedness but there is always trade offs.. the only complaint I have is the play store because it seems so slow on this phone but internet is lightning fast.

Sitting at the top of the androidverse like a champ. Only wish Samsung jumped In Head first with the 7nm chip rather than just a RAM and pen upgrade for the S9+. 2018 iPhones have crushed all androids with the new 7nm chips in speed and performance

My wife and I decided it was time for an upgrade. I had a Samsung Note II and she had and S5. We have been checking out new phones everywhere but settle on Best Buy because the service is always so Great and we got a better deal than anywhere else!

I went from a Note 3 to a Note 9 so I wasn't surprised how much better this phone is. Visual clarity is wonderful. Sound is pretty good too. They still load too much junk on it though. I really like being able to expand the memory with a micro SD.

This phone was truly ahead of its time. Im just learning to do things with it 2 years later that I didn't think it could do. I haven't needed to look at the newer models as this phone is still running like a champ

I bought this phone for my son and he loves it. The phone is really fast and so durable especially for a 25 year old. My son switched to Samsung from another brand and he just loves the Samsung the best.

I have owned a lot of phones, mostly Samsung and I have had a few notes in the past. The Note9 is the best one yet, besides the 7. This phone has all the bells and whistles, and it's not going to catch on fire, eventhough my note 7 didn't either!

I changed my Samsung edge phone to the note 9 and it is amazing all the things you can do with the pen .

Every where I go I need to listen to my music and with my new Galaxy note 9 not only do. I have my music with me always. I have great sounds, I am able to go into setting and set how I want to listen to my music. Concert hall is my favorite.

This device can be used for many purposes. Other than just being a great phone, it is bright enough outdoors to fly a drone, monitor several home security cameras, take great photos, videos and more. All that with great battery life as well.

Samsung did the best upgrade in terms of performance and camera on note 9. The new software experience makes it even more smooth and easy one hand operation. Best Android experience you can get and a great value for money device.

this phone is expensive but really good specs. Wished it had 5G with on-screen fingerprint scanner :'(

This is a replacement from my windows 10 phone, sadly is been discontinued, but I found that I can download some of the characteristics of the version of windows on this phone and it is very easy to use. Good memory ram and processor

I love note 9 it is a an upgrade from the 8, I still have the 8, but what I like the best is that I can control my music from the pen. and take photo using the pen as a remote control for the phone.

I am incredibly amazed at the clarity and processing speed of the phone. Clear sound quality, both during calls and playing videos or listening to music. It is well made and designed. Has all the bells and whistles of a superior product.

Received my note9 (purple) in great condition, went to metro PCs to turn it on and works great, picture quality is amazing. I love Samsung phones I've never had any issues with them, and being this is my first note I like it a lot.

This phone has been awesome since I took it out of the box! It has crystal clear screen and the software seems to work more smoothly that my Note's of the past. Still not as clean as iOS, but overall the best Galaxy Note to date!

I was a long time iPhone user and am so glad i made the switch to the Note 9. The Note 9 is SO much smarter and capable than the iPhone Xs. Beautiful display, tons of customization with settings, fantastic camera, and great battery.
