This is currently the best phone out there right now. Beats the iPhone hands down. Nice being able to use Dex dock to remote desktop and use full on Windows without having to worry about carrying my laptop.

Beautiful phone with top specs, the massive battery, and internal storage are a great addition from the Note8. Also, the S Pen doubles as a wireless remote for taking long-distance selfies.

great stereo sound and more features of the s pen. deep ocean blue and metal finish makes the phone look awesome. minor upgrade that makes such a big difference. one of the best android phones available currently

I have had just about every phone flagship that's on the market and have reviewed them all even the the mate 20 and iPhones. No phone out there can really compete go with the note you will not be disappointed

Phone has great feature,s and has a little problem sending MMS texting and video . You have to turn on your data. Other than that the phone is awesome.

This was a nice phone to purchase and add to our Verizon account with no problems. Just take the sim card out the old phone and place it in the new on (unlocked) phone and follow the prompts.

I love all the extra features of my galaxy note 9. It takes great pictures.

Coming from the galaxy S8 to the note is night and day. I love the big screen, color is amazing and watching movies on the note will blow you away. It is a heavy phone to hold for long periods of time.

Up graded from my note 4. Which still worked great after 5 years. Just wanted a new phone. Its fantastic. Since I got it my roommate and several friends have played on it and upgraded to note 9 also.

I waited to have my contract expired with at&t to purchase this phone. It was everything I wanted in an upgrade. the display is great for watching movies and video chats.

I had an S2 Note, and was running out of space and apps would note load. Best Buy did a great job of migrating all my information and files over! Love the new capacities and supports / functions.

I upgraded from a regular S9 to this Note 9. The size difference is definitely noticeable. It's great for watching videos, but not so big that I have any issues fitting the phone into my pocket.

The Galaxy Note 9 is hands down the most powerful feature packed smart phone I have ever owned. The design and materials are top notch. You definitely get what you pay for with this smart phone.

It is a nice phone but it has been much more difficult to transition from an iPhone than expected. For example, you cannot sync your Outlook contacts and calendar (after a week of beating my head against a wall, I did find a 3rd party hack ap that I am using), the biometrics while ambitious are not reliable, and there is no Find Friends ap for the family to keep up with one another. Oh, and there is no voicemail program built into the phone, you have to find a 3rd party ap if you want visual voicemail. It just seems like a pretty big phone component to have missing from a phone.

One of the best samsung phone i ever used.fall many time but never get caracked may be i was lucky.but performance wise never disappoint me.

A very good cell phone but stop working after one year
