When it was finally time to upgrade this phone hit the mark. I wanted a phone without all the Carriers bloatware. Having this unlocked version is perfect in case I just want to change carrier.

I replaced my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with this, and couldn't be happier. I've only had it 2 days, but being a huge Galaxy fan, I didn't need more time to review. Anyone who purchases this will be happy!

This is my third Samsung Note. I had the note 2, Note 4 and now the Note 9. This product is excellent. The screen is a nice size and the quality of the product is perfect.

I've been an IPhone user for way to .any years. I decided to get the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I didn't realize how restrictive iPhones were until I bought my Note 9! Won't be going back anytime soon.

Really like all the flagship features. Quick with apps, beautiful display, camera tech is neat. Also works great as a phone! Best sound and reception I've in a few generations of devices.

I'm having to re-learn Android systems but this phone is great! It does more than I'm capable of doing right now - but I'm learning! Just make sure you get a case as it is polished slick.

Ordered online, picked it up a few hours later, purchased some add ons in store, case and screen protection, and had a great experience. I will never finance a phone with a carrier again!

The representative at best buy recommended the galaxy note 9 when I inquired ant buying s new phone. It was an open box with s discounted price nut was s great deal and I love the phone!!

This is a great product but i think is a little overpriced.

I like this phone. All are good except contact name search must input in the language the name is saved. Otherwise, contact cannot be found. For example, I saved name in Vietnamese "Tuyết". When I search "Tuyet", that contact is not returned. This is good on iPhone. Not sure if anyway to improve on Samsung.

I have been using galaxy Note phones ever since they became available. I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. This phone does everything I need. So far I have not found anything I do not like.
