By far one of the best phones that I've ever owned. I'm loyal to the Samsung brand and the camera on this phone is absolutely stunning. The performance and photos leave me in awe.

I had a Note 3 and upgraded to the Note 9. Wow! This phone is Awesome. The only thing I have found that I don't like is you can no longer scroll around you have to swipe left to go back.

I used to have a pixel 3 but the battery was terrible and barely any accessories were available at best buy the note is the best because of the pen I van sign documents easily

Good phone but extremely over priced outrageously over priced.

I am really enjoying this phone. Very easy to set up and operate.

To put things in perspective... I currently have the following phones. iPhone xr, Galaxy note 9, one plus 6, Galaxy s8 active, Galaxy 7, iPhone 7, huewai 6 and 8. I love phones, it's a problem. But my point is that I know my way around settings to cure most issues I may have but this one is the worst. I'm constantly pocket dialing people, the finger print scanner is slow and inaccurate, face recognition is slow if it even works. It's uncomfortable to hold, finger print scanner is a stretch to reach and when I shop for gloves I have to buy xL so that's just wrong. I'm not even going to tell you my favorite phone cause I don't want this to look like a sales pitch. I live in Florida and I don't work for anyone of importance. Look at any my list of phones, pick any of them and you will like it better than the note 9. I've been using it since 4/4/19 trying to get used to it. I finally retired it and started using one of my old phones.

Love the Note 9. 2nd unlocked purchase from Best Buy. It's the only way to go for me. The protection plan is affordable and the geek squad swapped it right over to my Verizon prepaid.

I had the Galaxy S8 Plus and the Note 9 beats it in every way possible. Fast loading the pen is precise and pictures are crisp and clear.

I've always been a Samsung phone lover minus the brief spell I went LG. This product is alluring. In design, function, the phone feels awesome to handle. I would recommend it

I had this Note 9 almost two years, now battery life shortened a bit. Still, working very well. I love its big screen and it is such a great products.

Got the phone for my daughter who was a little disapointed with the decreased performance of her older device, and she loved it. The Note 9 has quickly become a girls best friend.

My wife has the iPhone and I was thinking of switching over. However, when I got my hands on this phone I was reminded why I've stuck with android and more specifically with Samsung.

I've always been a fan of the note series since note 4. The stylus has improved with the newest iteration of the note. If you like to multi task or draw the note is for you.

I love my note 9, with all the features and large screen! Even though its not the latest as of now but I will surely use it as long as I can!

Great phone. Paid for unlock phone so I would be in 24 month contract. I Love the idea. The guy @ the never told I needed to buy a new sim card so i had to go back the next day.
