First time using a Samsung phone and I definitely will continue to use Samsung phone products. The phone is easily customizable and provides a range of settings to make navigation more efficient and specific to the user. The S Pen helps with this efficiency by offering shortcuts to access apps, notes, and photos. The phone takes great photos with beginner and advance settings to assist users in taking photos. The phone battery lasts long and has an optimization feature to decrease battery use.

This phone is fantastic! I am a former Apple fan. I have had iPhones since they first appeared on the scene. My last one was the 7+. I got fed up with Apple's way of doing business and decided to try a different phone. I started anew with a Galaxy Note 8 and was enamored within hours of my purchase. When the Note 9 became a available, I decided to upgrade. A longer battery life, new features for the S Pen, and a beautiful display make sure that I don't regret leaving the iPhone for a minute. I highly recommend this phone. Yes it's expensive. Most folks won't pay the price. Just remember, you'll have a hard time filling the drive on this one up. It's got an SD card slot! This phone should last for years unless you are the type that has to have the latest and greatest. In that case, a family member will thank you for the awesome hand me down.

I love everything about this phone! For real! The S Pen functionality is amazing. The camera is phenomenal and takes ridiculously awesome low light pictures. My friend even commented on a photo I took in a theater during a show (not a movie live theater) on how bright and clear the picture was. And, the dual speaker usage for speakerphone, music, and movies is a fantastic feature!!

I love my note 9 . The camera is amazing,the blue tooth S pen actually takes selfies . I really like the color (orchid) of my note 9 samsung has came out with. It has so many features that are good in helping me with my business plus a lot for my social life. I would recommend the note 9 to everyone who loves android.samsung has amazing customizable themes,icons,fonts and wallpaper you can change as much as you want. Outstanding Smartphone all the way around. Love it.

Great phone. Im upgrading from an s7 which was a great phone but I ended up with it after the note 7. anyways the screen is brilliant, vibrant, and bright. I got used to the no physical buttons on the face. it functions like most samsung phones. The stylus is a great feature and I love the feel and responsiveness and now the bluetooth and the fact that it slides into the phone. Camera is pretty good. I actually like the boxier shape of the note series from the s series.

Great size screen the oled is beautiful to look at with any content that you are viewing. The phone is fast with no slowdowns or anything. Camera takes high quality pics that looks stunning. The fast charging is great and also supports wireless charging. Has enough storage to store all your content . The spen works great especially the remote camera feature. Love the cloud silver color . Samsung makes the best smartphones ever .

I've only been using the Note 9 for a few weeks now (so, I'm no where close to taping into all of it's features), but I love it so far. The screen is HUGE (that's good)! And the picture/video quality is 2nd to none. It does cost a pretty penny (I purchased it unlocked), but I was glad that Best Buy offered a discount over the Black Friday holiday period.

Purchased on BF with $200 discount unlocked version.This is really good phone with tons of features. New S pen is very useful. Camera picture quality is good. Battery lasts for a day. Best option if you plan to buy android phone.

I have had several Samsung phones, but this by far and away is the best phone I've ever had! The camera, the fingerprint scanner... just all of it is awesome. I still am discovering new things I can do everyday, it's great. If the is any doubt in your mind about whether or not to get this phone, just do it! Amazing storage capacity, great camera, lots of ram.... and the list goes on! I'm telling ya, this is the phone to have!

Switched from an iPhone X and I'm loving it. Great battery life and just works. Feels faster and more robust than my iPhone did. For everyone wanting to use wifi calling, the phone has it. I have the unlocked version on Sprint. Go on your phone app, hit the 3 dots, select settings and you will find the wifi calling option at the bottom.

I have this phone for 1 year. The only issue I had - camera. On zooming do not work properly. It's a bug. Could be fixed by replacement only. Either way this is amazing phone. Got the new one (10) but plan to keep this for a while. Good for work purpose. Spen works great. Very convenient. Big screen. Do not need my tablet with me anymore. Great battery. All day long. Staying active.

I absolutley love this phone! it does so many things. The camera takes phenomenal pictures and the battery lasts forever!! I purchased the black colored phone and works well with any phone cover or case. It comes with a temporary screen protector which I still have on my phone. I purchased the unlocked carrier and was able to connect with Stream my current service provider. Overall great buy!
