I had an S7 Edge, then a Moto X4, and now I have the Note 9. I love the camera, the speed and fluidity of the UI and the S-View case for it gets amazed reactions from my friends. I've never used a note before, let alone a stylus with a phone or tablet. I'm hooked! It feels like I'm writing on paper with a pen!

This Galaxy note 9 is the best phone overall. I compared the iPhone XS Max and Galaxy note 9 and in all areas from battery life, camera, ease of use , and so much more and I found out that the note 9 was superior in all categories. I switched from iPhone 8 plus and it was so easy to switch my data over.

Screen is really clear, camera takes great pictures, battery life is amazing. It's a great and beautiful phone! Only cons for me are that it does have a pretty big screen, but i have small hands so it's not the phone, it's me. and i dont get snapchat notifications even though i have notifications on.

Got it the day it released and havent regretted it one bit. Great screen quality and camera quality. Tons of options to customize it to your personal needs amd wants. S pen is pretty amazing and has a lot of different options for the controls of it. Also its a definite plus if you're into art.

I wouldn't get any other phone! I love my Samsung, I love my android and most of all I love my NOTE! I wanted it just for the note qualities. I can take far away pictures with my stylus, jot down quick notes, comment on screenshots... Priceless!

I have been putting off upgrading my phone for years, I'm so pleased, excited, and happy with my note9. I don't know where to start, the camera is awesome, picture and video quality great.. The speed is also great, I've yet to use plenty of functions I'm sure I'll be pleased with...

This is my 5th Note. I have always loved the Note series phone and the Note 9 is no exception. Just when you think it can't get any better..... Battery life is awesome, camera, if a picture is worth a thousand words, pictures with the Note 9 is worth a hundred thousand words.

Not much difference from the S8. I wanted the S pen. Plenty of storage. Speakers are louder than S8. Getting used to the new location of the finger sensor. It's an amazing phone as long as nothing goes wrong and you don't have to deal with Samsung's customer service. Love Best Buy

This is a replacement phone for a Samsung Note 8. Not too much difference though, except the cost of it. I really like that it is an unlocked phone and not connected to any service provide r - I will never go back to that type of phone. I have this phone because my phone was lost/stolen and I had purchased the insurance on it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing the plan though. I paid $200 for the plan when I bought my S8 Note, and then paid an additional $250 for the deductible to replace it with an S8 Note. The S8 Note was not available, so it cost me more to get the S9 Note. An expensive fiasco! Probably would have chosen a not-so-fancy phone if I didn't have the insurance (You can get a decent phone for $500), and it would have been just fine. But, this is a great phone. There are many things that it can do that I haven't had a chance to learn. Works great, minimal apps, adequate memory and the camera is great.

As an Apple guy for many, many years, I was hesitant to go back to Android but work required it. This phone far surpasses what I expected. Getting used to the thumbprint on the back of the phone will take some time. The phone is fast, the screen is amazingly vivid and bright and almost all applications work seamlessly. Samsung loads a lot of software that Google also offers (e.g. Messages, Gmail vs. Mail or Outlook, and other) that are less desirable to me than Google's offerings but that's easily taken care of. The unlocked version is not loaded with bloatware from carriers so that leaves some space. Compared to my personal iPhone XS Max, this phone comes pretty close. The screen is hard to beat! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a lightning fast Android phone with an incredible display and great battery life. Also recommend picking up a wireless charger (or three!) when you purchase.

I first got an Iphone but then I realized how basic the phone was so I returned it, paid the restocking fee and got myself a Samsung Note 9. It is the best phone ever. Battery can last for 2 days. I love it!

Yet another in a line of well-made and loaded with features SmartPhone products. The camera on this model is exceptional, easy to use, and provides great, super-sharp images. Navigation is excellent, and battery-life meets all expectations. Very pleased!

Went from Apple to Samsung and couldn't be much happier. I love the sPen very simple and easy to use when writing a quick note. The camera is amazing, my pictures look like professional photos when printed. Couldn't be much happier with this purchase.

I am a long time Apple user. I have had iPhone since version 1 and still carry a iPhone 8 for work, because we have no choice. When work decided to limit use I decided to go with Android for a personal phone. Honestly, it has been a great switch. I had tried android years ago and took it back, after two days, and returned to apple. For some reason I have more errors when texting with the note 9 but other than that, the battery life, the photos, and general use are wonderful. The screen seems so much more vibrant, but that could just be me. Android is still the only real negative for me, and that is just because I’ve used iOS for so long. I get real annoyed with the number of ads that come with their apps. But again that’s not Samsung or the phones fault. All in all, I am very happy with the phone. It’s solid, not really any bigger that my iPhone 8 and yet still provides much more screen real estate.

I upgraded my Note 3 (still working!) to this Note 9. Finally, a phone worthy of the Note 3. The previous models fell short, especially the batter life. I'm glad I waited. The image is crystal clear and its super fast. So far the battery life is great.

Always been an apple person but recently moved over to the Samsung note 9. Beautiful screen, fast device. AMAZING battery life. Would highly recommend this device for anyone tech savy. Working with Best Buy to get it was also easy and quick!

I waited for the sliver one because no on else will have it only best buy worth the wait looks nice and super fast the screen is so sharp camera is great battery life all day long get it.

I traded this phone in for my old Samsung (which made the price cheaper!). So everything about it was new. It doesn't overheat, has a lot of storage, quick, plus it has the smart stylus. It has taken some getting used to, but I really like it.

I love this phone. Its very similar to my Note 8 i previously owned except it works much more flawlessly. Love the camera quailty and the new S pen features like taking pics with it. The screen size is perfect and the new color is beautiful.
