Been having a few problems with it doesn't download certain things like it should

Not happy that the stylist pops out of the phone if bumped or put down a bit hard.

No better that the 8 have problems with the voice mail and the text coming in

My husband has got use to it, but I don't like it at all.

Samsung has done It again with another great phone. Unfortunately the last note had some issues, but I think you will be quite happy for this phone. Great display, all day battery life, excellent camera, and just a joy to use with the pen. This is definitely a top of the line phone that can be arguably the best Android phone out right now. Price isn't too bad, the $1000 premium flagship is becoming commonplace. Samsung has the best pen functionality in a phone. There are a few other stylus phones but they really don't hold a candle.

If you have a Note 8 hold on to it. There is nothing in this phone that screams out "Buy me as an upgrade".

Was excited about this phone however after purchasing it the phone is the worst in the long line of Samsung phones. The keyboard does not work properly. The space bar and keys on the lower row part of the keyboard do not work properly. Even when you tap directly on the keys. The camera is the worst. The S7 camera is far superior. The Note 9 takes pixelated photos. The previous camera versions are head and shoulders above this phone. Stay away at all costs. You’re better off to wait for the next Samsung phone.

I have owned all of the Galaxy note phones. I still have my note 5 & note 8, what a difference from my 5 to my 8 now the note 9,1 terabyte is what I have on my laptop, after getting the note 9, I don't use my laptop much anymore, watching movies basically, you can do 3 different things at once with this phone, best note ever made, I do love my note 8, I kept it for a back up phone, the camera is amazing Chrystal clear, it is a big phone but well worth the big size for ppl with small hands like myself, it does everything the note 8 does but faster and better. I love the spam call rejection! The amount of photos I have on this phone is unbelievable, it doesn't slow the phone down at all. I don't have to charge to 100% I usually charge to 80 or 90% and it will work all day, I can use it non stop and not have to stop and charge. Best note I've owned

The price you pay for unlocked your missing out on stuff the branded phones give you and might need

Have had phone for a little more than a year and the headphone port dosnt worl and the charging port neither

I asked for a Verizon phone, but the associate pushed the unlocked phone on me. They might have been out of the Verizon phones, and she just wanted to make a sale. Either way, I took the unlocked phone, and I regret it. It has multiple problems, loses service, drops calls, not all apps work. Completely unsatisfactory product.

After 21 day die no more Samsung in my life.......

It took me forever to make the decision to switch to an Android but I regret every minute! This Android Samsung Galaxy Note9 lags and there's no syncing across any of my system wide password app. Total lackluster and android apps are not appealing nor robust at all.

Simply the best phone out there for Android lovers. Phone is fast, smooth with an amazing screen and battery life. Extra features are great and aren't intrusive if you don't want them on. I disabled bixby using package disabler because I would miss hit button. Google assistant is way better anyway and works flawlessly. One handed mode is amazing and needs to be a standard Android feature by now. Would recommend this over any iPhone or Android phone currently. I have had all main stream phones (pixel 2 xl, pixel 2, essential phone, s8, iPhone x and 7s just to name a few recently) and this beats them all.

Bought this phone last year for couple of months it worked fine but from last 3-4 months the phone get really hot while watching videos or talking over the phone for long time.

I purchased this phone and when I got and removed the plastic, it had micro scratches on the screen. I went and exchanged it and same thing so I returned that too. Poor job by Samsung

I bought it for my friend in Turkey . We activated phone but the language in phone is half of it english and half of it Turkish. I will return it whenever I go back to USA.
