Nothing wrong with the phone, but best buy itself redeemed the fortnite skin gift that comes with it. sad that i couldn't give the skin because of that.

Suddenly from Apr-2020 display color has been changed to green an slowly display stoped working for my Samsung Note 9.

This phone was amazing when I first got it and still is. I'm writing this review using the phone. After all these years, its still functional, durable, and reliable. Gteat brightness, sound, and speed. I would like to upgrade but I wouldn't trade this phone in.

Most horrible thing ever because best buy let someone pick my phone up

It felt like putting tablet up to my ear it was way to much phone and they made me return with s fee

Ended up having to trade it in after just a few months. Made for an expensive mistake...

When charge sudenly can,t charge , some time oke must time problem

Had to upgrade to the 512 GB because 128 is not enough

So far I've been pretty impressed by this phone. I bought it unlocked and activated it on Verizon prepaid. Have been very happy with both the phone and the service. AWESOME battery life and great reception! Everything works! I bought this phone for myself and the iPhone xs max for my wife. At the end of the day my battery is still at 50-60% and the iPhone is at 10-20% percent. I love the stylus and the freedom to do what I want on the Note 9. Awesome phone! Unlocked, the phone is faster than the carrier phones because it doesn't come loaded with all the bloatware they put on it. The only feature I don't have is the visual voicemail. Everything else works perfectly, even the mobile hotspot. Wouldn't but a phone any other way now.

Never buy any from Best buy. F Best Buy...... ... ..

Worst phone ever it heats up a lot and not the best

I wouldn't have my family ever go thru what I did.

Battery life is great, the last Note I had was the 5, never was a big S-Pen user, so usually stayed with the S series. The phone is fast no lag, screen is by far the best (along with the s9's) I've seen in recent devices. Only real complaint is the Bixby button, but being left handed, it's not as bad as it would be for the rest of you. I find I'm using the S-Pen more often, seems it's more then just a writing stylus with external uses like triggering the camera.

Love this phone it was one of the best one ever bought. Love the pen and it has held up[ to everything i have done on it from work to playing games watching movies down to creating music videos and games and app on this phone. has not crashed or even slowed down at all

I have been contemplating making the switch from iPhone to Galaxy. It was a hard choice only because iphones are so simplistic and easy to use. I didn't even care about iMessage that much the userface was just clean and easy. Then the day came for an upgrade and I decided to go with the Note 9, by this time the S10 had already dropped but I was always a believer in the Note 9 being the best Samsung phone so I went with it. It's the best thing I have ever done technology wise. The phone is so clean the camera is amazing and I don't have anything to complain about. I have seen some reviews but I haven't had these issues and I think the phone is fantastic. I now have Samsung for life to get the newest phone every year. I will be sticking to the Note series, if you do own an iPhone and are thinking of switching do and try it out. I guess I could say the only thing bad about this phone is that it looks so CLEAN with out a case on I often find my self taking the case off and if I drop it and it breaks I will be very very sad.

Loved this thing for aslong as I've had it. I definitely would recommend a note vs an iphone any day!

Absolutely love my Note 9. Owned the Note 4 and Note 8. So glad I made the jump to the 9. Bought the unlocked and got 450 off. So fast, so much storage capacity, S pen is fantastic plus wireless charging and long lasting batter and great camera. Only wish they let the individual decide what to assign with the Bixby button like camera, flashlight or other. But it is solid, super bright screen. Very Happy. Thank you best buy
