Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is a very reliable phone. I purchased in 2018 and it's still going strong in 2023.

Had it for 5 years now if i didn't drop it in chlorine at the pool this phone would be fine

I gave the iPhone XS Max a try but it was exactly the same phone as the regular XS but just a bigger screen. I would rather use the smaller XS than the XS Max. While I love Apple and their smooth OS, it wasn't an immersive experience like the Note 9. The screen resolution and color calibration are night and day when comparing to the XS Max. The Note 9 screen is breathtaking. I knew I had have it once I played around with it at my local Best Buy. I love both Apple and Samsung but for a multimedia huge screen phone, the Note 9 is superior. I highly recommend this phone if you want the most complete phablet that the smartphone market has to offer!

I love most everything about this phone, except speaker quality could be a lot better, I mainly chose it because it was one of the only one I could find in store with over 4000 mnh battery and snapdragon 845, but had to compromise on sound. Now I worked with it for 24 hours and all over the internet and my provider, to no eval, the mms will not work, turns out they ship these unlocked phones over to the US and there is a problem getting them to work with all carriers, some have internet issues as well, for me it is just mms. So I have to return it. For the price I want all features to work.

I love the screen size and user experience on this device. Great camera as well. I recently switched from iPhoneX to Note9, and definitely like the Note9 over the iPhoneX.

With iPhones getting a little boring at ever-increasing prices, I decided to try the Note. Turned out to be a great move! The interface is so much more intuitive that iOS, with menus easier to access and screen widgets making apps come alive and easy to use. The S-Pen is great, with so many incredible uses including on-screen memos (without unlocking the phone), screen capture, screen writing, a lot more. The screen is gorgeous and battery life is full-day. I love the flexibility of the operating system and cannot see myself going back to Apple anytime soon.

Incredible my experience with the phone, very good and premium feel. It processes very well the aplications, amazing super amoled screen in addition I think that the silver color is the best that fits in the design of the phone

This phone is incredible! Seriously I have been an iPhone user since the 3GS and have wanted to make the switch for awhile now. I finally did, and all I can say is best decision ever!!! If you are uncertain, this phone will convert you.

Everyone as very helpful and courteous. The one thing was my package was a little scurry and for a Christmas present I wanted it to look better.

Literally I am hard pressed to find anything positive to say about this phone. I bought one for my wife and I Sept of '18 after being samsung users for years. Positives are the camera and being able to write on the screen, after that you are better staying with the S9/10, constant accidental dials, the phone ringing and not being able to answer it, screen stick on and won't shut off. It will make me buy apple for my next phone for sure. I bought my phone in CO at Southglen and the sales person helping me was extremely nice, but messed up my contract, which I just resolved with ATT and received an $700 refund, took my wife's old Sprint phone, but never returned it after instructing they would, messed up the transaction and had to offset with giftcards and free protection plan because there was no way to reveres the errors. Whole experience was a disaster, which is sad because I have bought multiple phones from best buy and never had an issue.

I was highly upset with the very poor battery life on the note 9. And how the battery/note 9 overheated so bad thst it burned my face while talking on the phone. I returned it with a restock FEE.. And got the newest DR0ID. The DR0ID has a better focus on the camera. And the battery last 2-3days! I feel like Samsung should have a recall on the note 9. The salesman showed me the same problem he was having with his new note 9. Also my coworker had the same problem's with the note 9. The quality and features are not worth it. And that annoying feature that pops up when u barely touch the phone. That bixby? Yeah..that was annoying. The ringer on the Note 9 is not loud at all. If I had to choose, between a flip phone or the Note 9. Seriously would be a flip phone. Thats how horrible the Note 9 features and flaws are. The camera really sucks on the Note 9! The N0TE 9 is wasted time and money..
