Big but not too big. Great camera battery lasts all day. Can have lots of apps and pics. Great storage and love the pen feature for taking selfies without touching phone

When I say good for anybody, I mean as long as you can hold it. This is not your normal size smartphone. I love & needed the bigger screen, clarity, speed & battery length. I am usually online 9-10 hr's a day(weekdays) because of work mostly. Video playback, streaming are/is smooth & easy. The screen size very happy with. Easy to carry than my tablet, when on the run. Fell once(ice) with phone in front pocket, but no damage externally & no change in functionality. I do rec. a good case though, still waiting on mine. So I am/do handle it with care. Charging is quick and so far no overheating issues!

As an android user since 2012, I've worked my way up through each Galaxy phone produced by Samsung. My new Note9 is the best yet! User friendly (Bixby and I are best buddies already), amazing camera, large screen, long battery life and the ability to screen write, are just a few of outstanding features offered with this phone! I love dealing with Best Buy when shopping for phones (and all my electronics/appliances)! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and have enormous patience with every question. The prices offered continually beat the deals offered by my carrier. Why go anywhere else?!!

Very happy with the Note 9 so far. Feels like a big upgrade over my HTC 10 in terms of size, speed, power, and features. Camera is really nice and has tons of features. The extra screen size and stylus have been more useful than I'd expected. Same operations, like encrypting photos and files, execute at least twice as fast as before. Oh yeah, battery saving features are great, too. I highly recommend the Samsung case with kickstand to go along with it.

My Wife previously had a Samsung Note 5, a great Phone, but a ;ittle behind the times, except for the Pen. THe new Note 9 has a pen as well, but it is far better than the 5. The screen is longer, but not as wide, plus it has the rounded fae edge which by the way has a unique feature. The emojis are so far better, and the clarity of the screen is awesome it takes super great pictures. but not real Home button, but not that hard to figure it out. And hey, it has an earphone plug!!!!! just a great phone. If you're not a Apple seed, then you will love this phone.

You can't go wrong with this phone! I strayed away from the Note for a few years but am I glad I came back for this one. The battery life is amazing! I can go 2 days without charging it, and this is after watching Netflix, Amazon Video, social media and surfing the web. The camera is very clear and it's a plus that you can actually take pics by pressing the button on the S Pen. I just used it to take family pics on Christmas. You need to do multiple things at once, this is the phone for you. I couldn't be happier to be reunited with The Note 9!

I switched from an iPhone 7 (iPhone customer for 6 years) to a note 9, and I am very impressed. I dont use the s pen every day, but when I do I love writing to-do lists in my own handwriting, and marking pictures and documents. The screen is massive and crisp, the camera pictures are beautiful even in poor lighting. I can easily write essays and read my college textbooks on this screen, unlike my iphone. I know the s10 is supposed to be the hallmark of Samsung phones, but I much prefer the note series for my own needs,

I kept my LG V20 for entirely too long, and decided out of the blue to give Samsung a shot. Last galaxy I had was the s4 when it came out and I've had LGs and iPhones ever since. You can't go wrong with this beast. Period. Unless you have midget hands there is no reason not to buy it. The screen? Massive, vivid, bright. The battery? 2 days. You can see your pores (literally) with the selfie camera. Its insanely clear. Face unlock works perfectly even in the dark and with hats and such. Just do it. Treat yo self.

Love the phone. Works well and really love the additional storage and speed. Nice size screen and easy to use for a smart phone.

I upgraded from my S7 Edge, which was lagging after about 2 years of normal use, even after transferring all my pics/storage. This Note9 has been great, super fast. The camera is GREAT!! I was initially a little concerned about the size, but it fits fine in my pocket, doesn't look too big. It's actually only slightly larger than my S7 edge. I got a great deal after black Friday, before Christmas, I saved $500 on the upgrade. My wife likes it better than her iphone and I do too.

This is the fastest most, awesome phone that I have ever owned. The camera is super sharp and fast. The S Pen is great and easy to use. It is like having a computer in your hand. I even hooked up my lap top to the Note 9 in DEX Mode. The service at Best Buy to help set up my phone is always the best. I have purchase a S3, S5 and now the Note 9. I am one happy customer.. !

So I upgraded from a Galaxy 7, and this phone has surpassed my expectations. First, you have the 128 GB memory, as a parent, my phone gets used a lot for pictures and videos and this phone has enough memory to store them all. I know there's the cloud storage but I'm very cautious about my kids pictures being stored on the cloud. Second there's the camera, both the front and back camera take amazing pictures and videos. So if you're having a bad skin day, the Note 9 will definitely capture it. And third is the battery life, although I've only have had my phone several months, the Note 9 has really kept up with my daily phone usage (vs. the S7). I just make sure my phone is fully charged at the beginning of the day and by the time I'm going to bed, battery has an average of 25% juice left. So I'm only giving it 4 stars for now because I haven't had my phone for long to see if there's any issues or glitches with it.

The Galaxy Note 9 has surpassed all Samsung phones in terms of quality and features. The Note 9 is a complete package for those looking for innovation and a top of the line smartphone. The S Pen now runs on Bluetooth and the camera has several features to turn any person into a photographer. The phone runs incredibly and does not compromise safety. The list goes on and on. I implore those reading this looking for an upgrade to make the Galaxy Note 9 their next phone.

You can use the stylus to take a picture Screen is amazing Battery life is great Ditch that iPhone, go to the Samsung skills seminar, and learn all ur phone can do. That gorilla glass kept my screen scratch free, I still got a curved glass Protector just in case tho

Wow, this is a great phone for the price. Got it on Best Buy's sale of the day for 600 off! It's such an improvement over my S7 edge. First, it's a lot faster. The battery has been amazing so far. This thing is packed with features that I haven't even checked out, since I've only had a week. I love the face / iris unlock. Works great! My only complaint so far is the finger print reader is on the back. I see the S10 moved it to the front through the screen. It works great on the Note 9, I just wish it was on the front of the device, so when the device is laying on a table, you can use it. Oh well, small annoyance. Looking forward to playing with the pen. Haven't really messed with that yet. Overall, highly recommend!

Superb battery, functioning, capabilities, and camera. Battery is amazing and lasts an easy 1-2 days despite very heavy use (i.e. video streaming). In terms of functioning, it runs many apps smoothly and has been functioning with 0 problems for months; very business-savvy. Camera and video capabilities are also amazing. Storage of phone is also one of the best on the market.

This phone replaced a Galaxy 8. The screen is definitely bigger and the clarity is amazing. The pictures I have taken are much better and there are more settings. With that being said the zoom feature does not make the picture look grainy. The battery life is longer with this phone but when using the Smartthings app it will drain the battery quickly.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S7 edge. I originally bought the s7edge because my s5 was.worn out and the Edge of the new phone was intriguing. That said, the edge catches the eye just as well on the Note 9 as it does on the s7 edge. I will say, however, that it is hard to find good cases that can cover the whole screen as the curved edges curve upward above the case lines. YOU WILL WANT A TEMPERED GLASS.SCREEN PROTECTOR (DO NOT GET A LIQUID ONE!) even if you have an otter box on this phone and even then be careful. The expandable storage is a big plus, but I have never had to use it. The phone is a bit big compared to what I was used to, but I have gotten used to it. The S-pen has many tricks but I mainly just use it for taking quick notes, list, etc. I am very happy with this.phone and will keep it until it is.worn out.

Switched from iPhone to Note 9 and haven't missed it ever since. More customizable. Beautiful screen and long lasting battery. I'm a power user and still has juice after a long day of use. Still learning the different functions of the phone. Takes beautiful pictures. S Pen is so helpful for what it's intended for.
