Plus: screen size, storage, pen, easy for beginners

Long story short - I went from a HTC BOLT (NOT by choice) to this Samsung note 9 and I am so happy to be back in the note family. I had a note 4 that died but up until then - I was very happy with my note 4. When my phone died, I only had a choice between an htc 10 or an iphone - went with htc 10 which died in 6 months of owning it and I got stuck with a htc bolt (garbage). That said, this an UPGRADE for sure. I have had the note 9 for a few weeks now and I am still very happy with it. The phone is zippy and snappy in single and multi application use. The pictures it takes are crystal clear. I love the multi app ability which works without a hitch. The always on display is so helpful and I feel like it saves my battery as I am not having to always turn it on and off to check the time or notifications. I am very happy with this phone and do recommend.

The phone charges fast, bestbuy offered a deal better then sprint and using my bestbuy rewards was an even bigger plus! It feels good to have Geek Squad protection incase anything happens and the phone itself takes great pictures, plenty of storage, fast, the features are easily accessible including the pen.

Battery life is excellent. The transfer of information was seamless. I have owned a couple of Samsung devices and this one is the best one I have experienced. I have an iphone for work but use the Samsung Note for personal business, appointments, email, text, phone and calendar (notes too). The features are user friendly and simple. WIFI connection is easy and seamless. Bluetooth has worked every time and it connects to both my Toyota and Ford Sync systems and all my wireless devices with out issues. The stylus is great (speaking from someone who started with a Palm Pilot and is very familiar with this asset). I would HIGHLY recommend this device for anyone who relies on a mobile device for business and personal use. Samsung Pay is a great feature and works when other mobile pay apps have failed me. GO GET ONE. You want be disappointed!

Both my husband and I purchased the Samsung Note 9. He replaced a Note 5, mine was Galaxy S7. We have been nothing but pleased. The camera is amazing, the photos are stunning! The S Pen feature makes note taking easy. The battery life is longer than any phone I have had. Great choice!

Before my iPhone 7 Plus, I had a Samsung Galaxy 7. It stopped responding one day and basically the battery got fried. Silly me, thought I could remove the back part to remove the battery and put it back in. Wrong. The glass back broke. Anyways, I like this phone so far. It has 0 issues and it's best to get a film screen. Reason why? Well, do you need a glass screen for *protection* on a phone made of glass? Don't stress it. As for the camera, the quality may differ to like a friend who has an iPhone but the photos come out extremely nicer! Do I recommend it? Absolutely, I like messing with the pen to write on the memo. I suggest the GeekSquad protection plan along with your phone if you were like me. It was $169 with taxes and all that junk although, it's worth being protected for 2 years in case of anything. Don't do monthly pay for protection, you end up paying about $215 or more. ;) A cool thing I like about this phone which I'm unsure if the other phones have, it's the device maintenance. You clean your phone and it saves you a lot of space. This phone gives 128 GB and its worth it. I can save all the glorious hentai now onto my phone. And you can change optimization mode when it comes to playing games but, if you wanna see more, search on YouTube.

Love the phone and the pen that comes with it. Battery power lasts all day if you are not a heavy video viewer. Having the ability to pump up the storage for the phone using a 512 gb sim card is incredible. I was able to put all my songs and pictures on my phone. Downloads are faster on this phone than my last one on both wifi and the cellular network. So far no downside except for that darn Bixby button. It is in such a place that you tend to hit it 1/4 of the time when lowering the volume.

Excellent phone. Camera is great! I love the pen. Battery lasts a long time. Fast charging is awesome. I still haven't used all the features of the phone. I should have bought it earlier or waited 3 weeks. Best Buy lowered the price 3 - 4 weeks after I bought it.

I recently upgraded to this phone because my job is becoming more demanding and I need a phone that can keep up. This phone more than meets my expectations. It's fast, use friendly and the S pen makes getting things done much faster. I'm thrilled with this phone.

I've owned a Note 2, a Note 4 and now the Note 9 and this latest version is clearly the best. A bigger screen, faster and more powerful CPU, and better stylus all make it everything I want in a phone. Not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Tons have been said about this phone already, so I'll make mine short and sweet. The screen is awesome and is the selling point of the phone. The stylus is great as well and actually find myself using it regularly. The camera is fantastic, too. Surprisingly enough, the feature I find myself using the most is Samsung Pay. It's just that convenient. Now for the negative. I see some people saying this phone has a true "all day battery" and all I can figure is they never take their phone out of their pocket. By the time I get to work, my phone is already down to about 80% and by lunchtime it's floating around 50%. If I weren't to plug it in at any point during the day, it would be down to 30% by 5, which would mean if I had plans after work, I'd be out of luck and dealing with a dead or dying phone at some point. This is without playing games and having my screen brightness set to a moderate level. The other negative is that Samsung really takes their time updating their OS. I just recently got the latest version of Android...which my previous phone already had when I upgraded to this phone. Kinda ridiculous, to be honest. At the end of the day, there's not much not to like about the phone, I just wish I could get rid of the Samsung look and get straight Android for faster OS updates. I also wish that battery tech would finally catch up to phone tech so we could get a true all day phone.

This phone is so amazing. I have been waiting for over a year to get it and it was worth the wait. The camera and size of the screen is so epic. I love Samsung products. This phone does not disappoint and the battery does lasts all day.

I have enjoyed the speed of this phone. It also has ample storage and an impressive battery life. I can be using it all day for various things and only use maybe half of the battery. With my Note 5, I was charging it 2-4 times a day.

This is so much easier than my 7 edge, better features and full screen. The pen is a great feature to use when taking photos, being able to prop the phone up and take photos with me in them from a distance. It took me a minute to get my programs and screen set up the way I like it, but I'm not using my phone 24/7 for everything like some people need to. I like that I can write things down and not have to worry about forgetting them later. I feel I do need to get instructions on a few things to be able to use it to its full potential. Samsung is very good about supplying instruction on their phones. I had not gone in the store to get a new phone for me, just for my son, but the deal was too good. Overall I am very pleased that I decided to go with this new phone and would recommend it.

Samsung! Love this phone. Everything is great memory is exponentially better. Lightning fast. Smarter than me... which isnt saying much. New s pen functions are cool and come in handy. Sold 2 friends 2 abandon I phone for it. Love it!

I cannot say enough about this phone. It looks great and is extremely fast. Does everything I need, plus the stylist acts a remote for selfies. Best phone on the market and has expandable memory. No need to have cloud for pics!

This Note 9 is awesome. Way better battery than my S7, and significantly better than my wife's note 8. The camera takes amazing photos in every lighting situation I have tried. The front facing camera is beyond both the s7 and Note 8 front camera hands down. Add in that you can use the pen as a remote to actvate the camera and you have the ability to take selfie group shots, without cutting a person out. The fingerprint sensor works far better than the note 8, and the facial recognition is outstanding, thanks to the front camera. Lastly the screen resolution is on par with my LED at home. The native FHD setting in the large 6.4 screen is a streaming dream come true for videos and games. This Note 9 is so good my wife paid her note 8 contract out and upgraded the next day!

Big screen with a lot of storage without an SD card. First time phone with a built in stylus. I have always had Samsung Galaxy phones but this is my first Note phone and I love it. Should have gotten one a long time ago.

Fast. Lots of memory and great that you can add a memory card for more. Great looking screen, battery does last all day and built pretty well. Love the new pen. Went from a note 2 to an iPhone back to a Note. Glad I did.
