    Good product, but a huge flaw is that ( at time this is written) Samsung does not offer a 512 GB SD Card for expanded total storage capacity of 1 TB.

    I began having issues with this phone within 2 days of purchase. I went to Puerto Rico the day after purchasing, where it appeared as though I had 4 & 5 bars of signal throughout the duration of the trip. However, on the 2nd day of my trip the phone stopped receiving text messages, day 3 - I received the backlog of missed texts, where it then decided to stop receiving texts again. Day 5 - just prior to landing on the flight back home, the phone turned itself off of airplane mode and received another flood of backlogged, missed texts. Everyone else on the trip had no issues with receiving texts. In Raleigh, I only 0 - 2 bars of signal in my apt where I had a stronger signal with my old phone. (I did not switch service providers) Upon installing and attempting the initial login of various apps, I received erroneous errors indicating incorrect passwords, email address, and even phone number. Experienced the same issues when trying to login to anything via Samsung internet. However, after opening chrome, I was able to login without issue. The phone has many great features and takes awesome photos.
