Nice phone. Kinda expensive but works well. Some glitches here and there but overall great

Ive used this phone for 3 weeks now and it's definitely worth the money! Hasn't has a stutter yet, even with extremely heavy use. Im on it constantly for about 17 hours hours a day and the battery will last, and still have some to spare. Great investment for my business because it allows me to take notes anywhere im at. Great buy!

Recently changed from an iPhone to the note 9. Initially was missing the iPhone apps and Apple integration with macbook and iPad, iPhone always treated me well and never had any complaints. However, when I found out about DeX (plug your phone into an hdmi monitor and get a real computer style desktop) I was hooked. At first I was sceptical but I found out it really works well. Then Samsung introduced DeX linux (a complete ubuntu linux desktop) and I instantly knew I was not going back to my old iPhone. This is a complete linux desktop that resides on your phone and goes full blown desktop computer on you when you plug the phone into a desktop monitor. If you have any kind of inner geek in you can't help but be impressed. And again, what's really nice is that it actually works exceptionally well, you aren't compromising in the experience.

I love the phone coming from an S8+ I had for 18 months. Still love the S8 but I had to check out what 4 more gigs of ram would offer and it can do work... I can't get it to even get hot like the iphone 6s or the 7+ my wife uses. prolly not worth 1250 but its been a trooper and i did finally bust the back glass cover after dropping it way too many to admit on concrete, but the screens on the new Samsung's are good stuff. never use screen protectors and the face is still perfect.

Absolutely LOVE the armor 8 of storage you get with this phone plus it is very user friendly..I had a 32gb sd card that was full - i was able to load the sd card into this phone, save EVERYTHING from the card to the phone leaving me with a empty Sd card, and then transfer EVERYTHING back to a larger 132 gb Sd card..! I've uploaded my ENTIRE 98gb music library to this phone and endless apps and pics and videos with over 400gb to spare! .. Only minus 1 star due to minor lagginess on a new phone

Bought for my fiancé as a surprise gift. Purchased the 512gb, so he’ll never run out of space. You can insert memory cards, so you may not have to waste money on internal space getting the 512. The negative side: he’s having difficulty with picture quality. The note smooth finish every picture and sending videos. But overall, he’s happy with it.

I really like my phone. I'm in love with the stylus it comes with. & the feature of taking pictures by just a click of a button on the stylus it makes it easier & way more cooler to take group pictures when there is no one around to take the picture for you. I really like the camera quality when you take a picture at night with no flash.

Great that it has the 512GB internal storage, really wish Samsung and others would lower their prices. Hate not having ability to change out battery though.

I was just going to look at the Galaxy Note 9 and decided to ask about an open box or refurbished one. They had just received a refurbished one in blue and I purchased it for a great price. They activated it and I have been able to use it for all my games and contacts with no issues. It's a great phone with a long battery life.

I had the unlocked note 8 and was deciding if I wanted to buy the unlocked note 9. When I saw they were offering a free Samsung 32" TV I decided to buy the unlocked note 9. I am very happy with my decision! There is definately difference in the battery. I never run out of battery in a day. I also love the updated S pen features.

I have been a Motorola user for years but upgrading to the Samsung Note 9 was a great choice. Also my first unlocked phone. It was surpring that much of the apps I was used to seeing were not on the phone. It was good to be able to choose to install or not install them. Love the phone. It is fast and powerful! No regrets.

I bought an unlocked note 9 through best buy.it was $200 less than a regular price,so far i am happy with my purchase,very good phone a lot of things to play with it,best buy offers an insurance for everything even if you loose your phone,i'm a music fanatic i will be storing a lots of music on my 516gb note 9

I bought the new note because my note 8 burned out the rear facing camera while it was on charge and was afraid it would catch fire. I absolutely love the notes so I got the 512 gig note. Now I don't have to delete pics cause I ran out of space.

Moving from a Note Edge (Note 4), so yeah... big difference. Blazing speed, big battery, great screen. Hated having to give up my old phone, but the Note 9 makes it pretty easy. Can't really give honest review after only one week of use, but no regrets so far. I'd be happy to answer any questions.
