Pretty good and useful, you can find out your ring size, plus you’re getting a 10 dollar gift card. The only downside is that one of the rings could get stuck on your finger and it could be a hassle. But still pretty good.

I found this sizing kit to be an absolute essential and a "must-buy" for the actual Galaxy Ring purchase, as wearing the accurately weighted plastic rings for 24 hours helped me find the perfect, comfortable fit that my usual ring size would have missed. My biggest issue is the lack of half-sizes for a fine-tuned fit, and the plastic rings can feel a little rougher than the final product, which made picking between two sizes a confusing toss-up.

This sizing kit is worth the investment (which you get back in the form of a $10 gift card). Instead of just slipping a sample ring on in a store, being able to wear it for several days is very helpful in deciding how the Samsung Smart Ring will actually work for you.
