Great overall form

Most of the pictures are a little fuzzy and not real clear. I really like the multitasking with the phone. It's great to be on Facebook and texting on the same screen without having to flip back an forth.

Would be great if sound were improved

So, I relied on consumer reports. Not sure if I would recommend this product because I haven't compared other phone's sound quality. If I could find a phone that could do all that the S4 can do and with good sound quality... then I would recommend it. Sound is a priority for me. pro: user friendly, fun, able to do lots of stuff like phone, text, email, web, gps, organization, time clock, calendar, notes, lots of apps... con: SOUND needs much improvement.... sound is too low., mic on front and speaker on back... need to use speaker most of the time to hear, incoming voice quality always crackling and breaking up, no matter when or where, (sound is poor without a protective cover) also, EXPENSIVE even with coupons and promos GPS is hard to use and coverage area keeps getting me kicked off... starting gps all over again! frustrating.
